I'm not quite clear about the phrase "partially at our expense" in the sentence ".... have expanded their market share in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, partially at our expense." Could you kindly explain. Thank you.

Good question. 'At someone's expense' means that something happens which benefits one side, and causes the other side to suffer in some way. 'Partially' means not 100%, but somewhat. So when we say that they 'expanded their market share...partially at our expenses,' that means they expanded their market share, which benefitted them, but partially caused us to suffer in some way as a result.
