Hi Annemarie. bearing in mind that an aha moment expresses the most important, crucial and vital part of a point or a story, i´ve got to say that preparation is that aha moment for me.Be it the person leading the meeting or be it the person participating in it.
on the other hand, you put your ideas across so clearly and concisely that we don´t to need any more clarification. let´s say, it´s all crystal clear.
However ,I´d also like to highlight strategy no. 7, that is to say, how to minimize off-track conversations. what a waste of time! a lot of bla, bla,bla..
now again thank you so much for your efforts.

Hi Anne Marie, thank you very much for the informative and very rich video contents. Listen and watching your well designed communication strategies and leadership skills have helped me gain much confidence in my work and my english communication skills have improved significantly with the vocabulary I learn from you.
I’m a French speaking person and I would appreciate if you can design lessons on writing great reports with effective skills and vocabulary to transition from different ideas .
It would also be helpful if you can share links of the course to writing report (project report, Activity report, etc.)
    Keep the good work up!!!
    Best,
