  • Today we visit one of my most favorite places nearby that provides amazing views of the back side of Zion National Park. As an extra treat we think we spotted one of the California Giant Condors that live up there.

I really miss that scenery & the beautiful mountains. I am from AZ & now live in N. AL. Our mou tains here are really only hills. We used to take our children & camp in Zion, Bryce etc. Glad you had a great day.

I love the spectacular scenery of Utah, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. I’m like a child when we visit there because we have nothing like that here in Florida. Thank you for sharing your beautiful state and your delicious meals.

Oh my Gosh! The scenery is astounding, but those curves make me nervous even from a viewer's perspective! I keep wanting your husband to slow down! Thank you both for taking us along on your trips and excursions.

Amazing! I'm from the Sacramento Mtns in southern New Mexico. This reminds me so much of home! I live in flat old Oklahoma now. The only part of Utah I've been to is Logan & the Cache Valley, & it's so beautiful there, too. The only thing on my bucket list was Alaska but it looks like I am going to have to add Zion National Park! Thank you so much for the "trip" & I'm looking forward to another one!!! God Bless!!!

In the meadows the red mountain backdrop looked almost like a matte painting from an old film. I guess because the colour contrast looked a little otherworldly. Beautiful though!

We lived in Kanab for a few years before moving down here in Arizona, I don't know how we didn't know about the Kolob Reservoir! We used to 4 wheel all over the place. It looks beautiful there.

What a thing if you saw a condor! Especially since several died recently of Avian Flu. So sad.

Oh, wow that drop on the side of the mountain is scary to me. I got to see the beauty of it all, but I would not go on that road, so thank you. 😊

Great video. Thanks for sharing it. As my husband and I were watching the weather channel in regards to that hurricane Hilary that has been downgraded to a tropical storm one of the pictures shows an area called Central City that was going to have some rain from this thing and we remembered that you had mentioned that in your video but decided to go back home instead. It looks like you could get hit with lots of rain in your area and we hope that you don't get flooded again like you did earlier in the year. It is supposed to hit the mountains fairly hard with rain. Stay safe.

We have done a few hikes up in that area. So gorgeous! I seem to remember taking a trail out in the meadows on one of our hikes but turned around because you could not see the trail under foot easy with the grass. Looked like a place for rattlers. 😩😩A very nice ride for you. Your pretty fortunate to live so close to this magnificence.

Just so beautiful :) Now you are retired perhaps you could sell where you are and buy a permanent home closer to the park rather than a summer home? The scenery looked absolutely stunning and it seemed like there is more water there?? My husband rolls his eyes when we go for a drive because I am always saying 'Oh! We could live HERE!!" . I think I must have gypsy blood in my veins hahahhaha Looking forward to the next video :) xxx

Thank you for sharing your beautiful trip. I loved the aspen trees. They are so lush and green. Please be careful when filming next to the road. Some drivers out there are a hazard in off themselves. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. I'm looking to take more virtual holidays with you 😂

@ :43 timestamp. I can't hear you. (The intro is fine, and I can hear). In order to hear you I have to increase the volume to 100. @ 6:18 the volume returns to normal. I decreased the volume from 100 to 12. This has happened before on some of your video's. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you for sharing your great adventure!
