Really enjoyed this video 👌👌👌
Thanks Gus!
Thank you for taking the time to comment, it means a lot.
Spectacular scenery guys. That photo was well worth getting a drowning for.
Thank you Paul, it was amazing driving through such amazing scenery.
Great quality video especially in 4k , I'm from Carlisle and live in the estate just over the road from where you parked !!!- scenery is possibly even more stunning further North on the West coast, basically it's the west coast of the NC 500- drive from Kyle to Strathcarron is probs one of my favourites stretches - you also need to do Torridon . Poss best not to do NC500 in height of summer - just look for a gap in the weather out of season and go for it.
Thank you ☺️ it’s great to know that the videos get watched in 4K, that’s why I don’t normally include any footage from my drone, as that’s only 1080p…but when funds allow I will upgrade 👍🏻
Wow, I can’t believe we were that close to where you live, that’s crazy!
Thank you for the tips. We will be back one day as it’s so beautiful up there, so we’ll check out the places that you mentioned and hopefully spend a bit more time exploring next time.
New subscriber here, loving the channel. Keep the videos coming guys
Thank you Pete. Will do!
We had planned to go away last weekend filming, but the clutch on Mini-Hillton had other plans!
Great vidoe again guys ! Amazing scenery up there and the photos you took were superb. Keep up the fab work Ian and Becky 😊❤️👍
Thank you Andy 👍 Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you for taking the time to comment.
Great photography...
Many thanks Darren. Thank you for taking the time to comment, it means a lot.
Just realised I’m the one running on the campsite, sorry for ruining your shot of the view😂
The campsite in Glencoe?
Am I detecting the dulcet midland tones? In from Walsall and we’ve just bought a plot of land in Scotland to build a strawbale house, which we hope to do a UA-cam on. I’ve been a bit nervous of the speaking parts because I’m quite broad, so it’s good to see a few midlanders doing it. Good luck. Subscribed 👍🏻
That sounds a really exciting project Graham! You definitely need to document that from start to finish 👍
Let us know what your UA-cam channel is called and we’ll subscribe, we’ll be interested to watch the transformation.
You were lucky with the weather, it's been cold with wind and rain up here recently.
We were very lucky! It was over Easter and it was only the first day (the Thursday) that was the worse rain. But that just made the videos and photos that I took look more dramatic 👍🏻
Hey guys, thanks for showing us a great adventure again.
Are you going to do a vid on your awning ? It looks very interesting. All the best guys 👍
Thank you for your kind words 😊
I’ll do a little walk through of the awing in a future video as you’re interested. It was something that I made myself to keep the cost down.
@awaywiththehills Yes I noticed it was a homemade one , nothing wrong with that at all. That's why I was interested to see it and a video would be great to see. All the best.
Ian - Becks. Similar to what has already been said stunning landscape, who's the dab hand with Go Pro cos you can't take all the credit away from Becks Ian haha. I saw a snip of what you were going to upload but on TV screen it certainly does justice to your photography. Maybe time for a drone to capture those shots that are impossible without one. I'd lend you mine but doubt I'd get it back.
Thank you Neil. I’m glad you enjoyed the cinematography, yes Becky did some of the camera work as well 👍🏻
Ahh forget the drone comment i sent before watching the rest of it
Good content guys 👍 what was the name of the site on Skye you stayed at please 🤔
Thank you ☺️👍🏻
It was the Skye camping and caravanning club site near Edinbane.
Excellent thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
