Just found your channel and subscribed… I like the fact that you immediately told us that it was not pet friendly, it saves me so much time. I won’t go anywhere without my boy Blue. Keep up the good work and please always remember to add whether their pet friendly or not. Thanks. Have a great day!
Awesome, thank you so much! Glad you got some useful information out of it.
Cats for me, miss Peang! And ... Only 34° today!
CATS!!!
Bear Grylls does real estate... and that Aussie accent is so convincing....
😂😂 what are you talking about!? He's English and sounds nothing like Australian, nor does he sound like he's trying to sound Australian 😅 . Idiot, are you American by any chance?
If someone needed a 3 bedroom house, rent all 3 and it still would be a decent price.
It is a great compound and you can put the family in one and have a spare and still plenty of privacy for sure.
This is really cool! Do you see this becoming a trend?
Hi there, I do not really see this becoming a trend, but with that being said we are due to film at a compound later this week with two houses for rent in there.
That's rather expensive considering there are much better deals available.
I pay $245 for a new modern 100 sm 3 bedroom with an electric gate, fully furnished including large TV... large refrigerator and better front load washer and dryer, lawn mower...
Hang on you pay less and get a lawn mower???
Where
Good question!
A google link would help
Hi there, a google link? Sorry may I ask what you are meaning?
I prefer the space and solitude of a house hate living in less than 100 sq m 2 people prefer 150sq m 250 to 300 is perfect for me.
It sounds like you really value your space and privacy, which makes perfect sense! A house with 250 to 300 sq m would definitely give you plenty of room to relax and not feel cramped. Are you thinking of a particular area or neighborhood where you'd want to find that perfect-sized home?
North of Chiangmai is nice but buy in Japan and Danang first
Your picture are reverse, we don't realy see the reality of the view, look at the logo on the lady shirt
If they're available in October we'll take the 3! 🫢🙏🏼😊
Thanks for watching ! though I have to be honest I do not think there will be much chance of them still be available then
Keep us posted on your arrival.
😂😂
The laughing face was aimed at the first comment by the way, didn't see the second until after! But yes, will do. 🙏🏼
All good!
10k a month is too much
I hear you-10k a month can feel a bit steep, depending on what you're looking for. It all comes down to what’s included and the location. Are there certain features or areas where you'd want to focus on finding a better deal?
My inner american tells me to get all 3 lol
Well you get more discount that way!! 😂😂
Great video and the houses are very nice. If they were at the beach, they would be perfect! And I still want to marry Miss Peang! Lol! 😍
Sorry, we are unable to move Chiang Mai closer to the beach!
Nice info
Thanks for watching!
This is really expensive
really. may I ask what you think it should be rented at?

So you are saying it is not worth any more than this condo? - ua-cam.com/video/dvHg1oFy-6w/v-deo.html
Thx a Ton for the Post
thanks for watching and we hope you got some value out of it.
I prefer these over a condo.Seems reasonable
these do offer better value over a condo and are perfect for people that have settled down in Chiang Mai for the long term,. May I ask if you are living in Chiang Mai already or??
China and Japan is a much better buy Already invested 650k in Japan soon 400 more Also invested in Vietnam Next year looking at Chengdu China Thailand after 4 years
