Lovely, something in the middle would work for me and my budget. Please do more rental tours, it really inspires me to work towards getting to your area.

This depends on what you call the city, this is a few minutes walk from Nimman road and probably ten minutes walk to the old town. You can easily live here without your own vehicle.
Nicha is amazing for sure. please go though our main contact page and we will connect you to Nicha if she is the right person for your requirements. Also please do mention youtube in your email. perfecthomes.co.th/contact-us-at-perfect-homes-chiang-mai/
Guys please, don't inflate (overprice) those units. The first one is around 7,500 Baht ($200 USDollars) and the second unit is around 30,000 Baht ($850 USDollars). I am renting a similar one (first unit) for 6 months, not even for the whole year, for 8,000 baht with a 6 month lease because of the new Tax thing in Thailand. I work as a digital nomad and I don't want to be there over 6 months because you might end up paying taxes. This new taxation law that came up on Jan 01 , 2024. for 40,000 baht, you can rent one of the biggest unit at The Nimmana for the same price with full amenities. There are agents renting those units for 50,000 baht but you can negociate to 40,000-42,0000 baht.
Hi there, thank you for your thoughts and comments. There are many different priced units in the building and yes there are some rented as low as 7k per month but the prices are on the rise again, due to the high demands. So the prices are set by demand and if there is no demand the prices will drop again just like anywhere else in the world. With regards to the tax laws you are referring to, have the actually come in? as I far I understand they are still trying to work it out?
So how do you deal with the 6-month restriction as a DN? You would have to leave Thailand for six months, and upon return rent out a different apartment each time?
Brilliant, Nicha is such a natural communicator.
Nicha is great and so much fun!
Wow..love that two bedroom ❤ I would have no complaints paying that price for this.
So glad to hear that you love the two-bedroom condo! ❤️ It’s definitely a great value for what you get.

Thank you too!
Looks like a great price on the studio!!
Totally agree and in this great location of Hillside 4 it offers great value! Did you like the larger unit too?
All the units had their pluses! I would not be happy in the cheapest one but the other 2 would be hard to chose between

I totally agree. I also love the pool here.
Very informative. Thank you. How far from the city center? Would you need a vehicle to get around or is it walkable to pubs, cafes, restaurants?

Thanks! for watching, are you living in Chiang Mai?
how much does the larger 45,000 baht/month two bedroom penthouse sell for?
this would sell for around 10- 11 million baht these days in Chiang Mai and hillside 4
Stocked with pans but no burners or oven. Lol.$250 is amazing price. Very nice floors and balcony as well.
I think there is an electric hob in the cupboard, but if not they can be picked up for 20USD or so.
Is the toilet flushable
That condo looks familiar 🤨
