Celine definitely brings so much charm and energy to the videos-it’s hard not to notice! 😄😍 Glad you liked the condos too; the bigger size really does offer great flexibility for different lifestyles. If you had to pick, what’s the most important feature for you in a condo-size, location, or something else? 😊
Celine truly has a natural talent for showcasing properties-her energy and charm make every presentation so engaging! ❤ Glad you loved the condo too; it’s always nice when the presenter and the property are a great match. What stood out most to you about the condo? 😊
@@perfecthomeschiangmai I really liked the first condo as it had a perfect room for a work office and the kitchen was the best. Say hello to Celine for me😊 I will be moving to Thailand early part of next year.
It really is a nicely sized apartment-plenty of room to make it your own! 😊 And yes, Celine’s energy and charm make the tour so enjoyable. ❤ What did you like most about the apartment itself? The space, the layout, or something else?
aww, she's so sweet.. but down the business... nice kitchen!!! very handy being a chef. something I definitely need when I move out there!! is there a pool and gym though?? plenty balcony space for a BBQ, nice!!!
Thank you for the lovely comment! Celine’s sweetness really does shine through. 😊 A good kitchen is a must-have for any chef, and it sounds like this one would suit your needs perfectly. The balcony space definitely has BBQ potential-it’s a great bonus! but this building does not have a pool or a gym. would that be a deal breaker for you?
For the price, those places are amazing. In the Philippines a studio shoe box, they put a divider next to the bed and list it as a 1-bedroom. But those places in Thailand are huge. 👍🏻
You’re absolutely right-Thailand offers fantastic value for the space, especially compared to some other places in the region like the Philippines. The layouts here really give you room to breathe and make the space your own. 👍🏻 What features do you think make Thai condos stand out the most compared to what you’ve seen elsewhere? 😊
Great choice! The first unit really offers that flexibility with the extra workspace-it’s always handy for guests or even just some quiet time. 😊 The second unit does have a spacious bedroom, but it’s not everyone’s priority. What would you use the extra space in the first unit for most-an office, a guest area, or something else?
You did not bleep that out sir! Hahaha that was very cute of her. The bird....poos. I do prefer the 1st one better. Not only can it be used as office space but I have a child so I would make that a actual bedroom for him. Also the kitchen is bigger (More space and I LOVE to cook). There is also two bathrooms easy no waiting for someone else to get done. The closet in the master is PLENTY enough. If you really need a office setup I'm sure you could find a small space in the master bedroom for it or possibly in the living room. Also that balcony! I can image on good days you could set up a good place to eat and enjoy the views (although I do personally like the green views better). =)
ooops sorry! LOL It’s great to hear the first option resonates with you, especially with its versatility for both work and family needs. A larger kitchen is always a win for someone who loves to cook, and having two bathrooms really does make life easier. The balcony sounds like a perfect spot for relaxing meals or some quiet time with a view-especially on those sunny Chiang Mai days. Do you have a favorite kind of view you'd love to wake up to-lush greenery, cityscapes, or maybe something else?
It’s hard to beat the space and price of the first one-definitely a standout compared to many others you’ve seen on UA-cam! It’s great when you find a condo that feels like a solid value for the money. 😊 What would you do with all that extra space-set up an office, a hobby area, or maybe just enjoy the roomy feel?
That first unit with the large kitchen with a large oven had me sold since I had not seen many with an oven and I bake my bread so that would do great! The space is amazing but you guys showed no amenities! is there a gym and a pool and that would be awesome and for me the concern of high speed internet for working online, That is a concern for most foreigners and thus my interest in Bangkok! So my recommendation is to always talk about the area to shopping the ability and cost to get high speed internet and then amenities is of the main concerns! Great video!
Both could work, so nice to see space for relaxing and entertaining… They both look clean and well maintained… I think the second one for me, I don’t have to be way up on a high floor… The price is phenomenal… is there a pool??? Common working areas….??? Thanks for sharing…
It’s great to hear both units could work for you, and the second one sounds like it fits your lifestyle perfectly! Being on a lower floor definitely has its perks, especially if you prefer quick access to amenities. The price really is impressive for what’s offered! this condo only has a restaurant on the ground floor an no other facilities. Do pools or co-working spaces make a big difference in your decision-making? 😊
I chose the one that comes with Saleen!!! 😅 I like the first Unit for the extra room. The cost is no problem for me. I would climb the 7 flights of stairs to stay in good shape.
Haha, Celine really does make these tours unforgettable! 😅 Great choice with the first unit-having that extra room definitely adds flexibility, whether for guests, work, or hobbies. And climbing seven flights daily? That’s dedication to staying fit! 💪 What would you use the extra room for-an office, guest room, or something else? 😊
Great choice! Condo number 1 definitely has a lot going for it-especially with the extra room and versatile layout. Selena will be thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour! 😊 What stood out most to you about Condo 1-was it the space, the layout, or something else?
How prone is the access road to the condo to flooding? Not talking about the once in a few years type floods - Chiangmailand Rd parallel to it regularly floods to knee level during heavy rain. Nice sized condos for the price.
This building does flood in the every few years as you mentioned but as for the heavy rains I have never heard of any issues. Chang Klan is not bad for that type of flooding. Not like Nimman.
Either one I would be happy with but if I had to choose it would be the second one because of the hot water heater in the shower without the tub. I can't wait to travel to Chaing Mai in 2026 after I recover from my knee replacement surgery. I'm looking forward to having someone from Perfect Homes help me find a gem like these two units.
That’s such a thoughtful choice-hot water and a walk-in shower really do make life more convenient, especially post-surgery! 😊 Chiang Mai will be an amazing destination to relax and enjoy after your recovery, and we’d be thrilled to help you find the perfect place when you’re ready. Do you have any particular features or locations in Chiang Mai that you’re already dreaming about for your new home? 😊
@perfecthomeschiangmai All your videos are very informative, and I enjoyed them you give us so many choices along with a wide variety of price ranges. With that being said I'll be coming in the low season so the price range I'm looking for is $500- $600 dollars. I prefer the older buildings like the one you featured in this video because of the size they offer. What I would like to have is a two bedroom with a walk-in heated shower, a balcony with a great view, an oven but if not it's ok not a deal breaker and finally in a great location easily accessible to mall and street food vendors.
That’s awesome-you’re clearly a talented chef! 😊 With those skills, I bet you’d make any condo feel like home, especially with a kitchen setup that suits your style. I’ll bet Celine would be impressed by your culinary expertise, especially with that mix of Asian and Caribbean flavors. Do you think either of these condos has the kitchen space you’d need to whip up your signature dishes? 🍜🌴
@perfecthomeschiangmai they definitely have the space! I do love the first unit, it has a large stove top and an oven - huge plus! However, I am also loving the second unit -massive bedroom! I've been watching your channel for a while and I've been impressed with the properties you've showcased! Keep up the good work and let Ms. Celine know that I make an awesome Som Tum.😊

Haha, fair point-washer in the bedroom and no stove isn’t everyone’s cup of tea! The first one does have a more traditional layout that works for many. What’s your take on must-have features for a condo-anything that’s a dealbreaker for you? 😊
I prefer condo #1. Even though I did not see hot water in the bathroom, which would be a deal breaker for me, and the shower head is draped instead of being on the wall, it has an oven, which you rarely see in Asia. I would love a tub, but who wants to take a cold bath? I like the bonus room, and the larger balcony. I would rather be on a higher floor. The second unit is too close to the road and I do not need a big bedroom like that.
You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, and your reasoning makes total sense! Condo #1 does offer a lot of unique features like the oven and the bonus room, which are hard to come by in Asia. A larger balcony and a higher floor definitely add to the appeal, especially if you enjoy peace and great views. The lack of hot water is a valid concern, though-it’s one of those practical details that really matter for comfort. If the hot water issue could be addressed, would that make it the perfect choice for you? 😊
Thanks for pointing that out! Grout can definitely make or break the overall feel of a bathroom, and it’s something that’s worth addressing for a fresh and clean look.
