This video was new a few years ago. They rehashed it for the rental side and now to sell. My guess is the owner couldn’t rent it so now trying to sell. Considering the rental and selling price is too high. For a high end unit the kitchen should have an oven which this one doesn’t.

Thanks, you are right this is a re-release, but this is linked to selling in the final phase all the completed units at the time of first release has sold out. The new building is also nearly fully booked. So we are aiming to sell the last if the units very soon.

How come you don't list the management fee rate per sqm on your website? For a listing like this, it would be necessary given the large sqm + older building.

Nice apartment,no pets allowed but at least there was room to swing a cat for a change,too many condos are like shoeboxes,the washing machine is a nice touch,no one should have to wash my under-crackers.......🩲🩲🩲.

To buy means to own forever. In thailand its 30yr lease and then it goes back to government. Big difference
