It's a diesel electric fire apparatus.

@@maxumperry4632 No, it's a rechargeable battery-driven apparatus. You may purchase them with a "range-extender diesel" which will charge the battery pack on scene or in drive. Diesel-electric is different. Freight trains in the US use this principle. The diesels are connected to generators which linked directly to the drive motors. Trains are not battery driven.

Electric fire engine, that's like having an electric passenger jet. I wonder how much it'll cost to replace the battery when it fails and it will fail because it's a battery so the maximum life you may get will be 8 to 10 years with a fire engine with heavy use I would like to see it go that far but I doubt it will. So I wonder what the cost of me to replace a battery. If your fuel filter on a diesel engine goes bad you just replace it and put more diesel in the tank maybe $100. I cannot see where EVs or even remotely close to their price tag You don't save that much in gas, it's just like that stupid thing that makes your engine cut off at an intersection so you go to move out into a busy intersection you discover your motors not on that 2 seconds can mean a big difference between a tractor trailer hitting your door or you making it through the intersection.
