Closure? My post separation abuse almost destroyed me on all levels. Court process was brutal. Verbal abuse via emails unbelievable. But now it's no contact and post traumatic growth. Thanks a lot for a great video.❤
Omg, baiting… I literally gasped and started crying when you explained that, cause I’m still one leg in thinking that I’m the problem and crazy one, slowly learning the truth… It helps a lot… it happend to me, especially in public so many times, exactly how you explained…😮😢 Great video… sometimes it’s really hard to swallow that truth, I have narcissistic parent and all my life I’m attracting narcissistic partners…

1.Love Bombing- initial stages of relationship frequently say & OVERdo demonstrations of "love"
2.Boundaries- reasonable behavior Narcissists' don't respect
3.Gaslighting -manipulative tactic- our perception of reality is distorted
4.Cognitive Dissonance- holding beliefs that contradict each other
5.Enabler- by action or inaction allow a pattern of behavior to continue or negates consequences
6.Flying Monkeys- a specific type of enabler, convince by narcissist that THEY are the real victim
7.CoDependents- Perfectionists, People Pleasers who lack self worth & seek external validation
8.Grey Rock- behavior of survivor when you have to maintain minimal communication w/ narcissist
9.Hoovering-narcissist tries to suck you back into the relationship after some distancing
10.Invalidation- manipulative tactic to try to convince them their thoughts, feelings, aren't not worthy
11.Bating- provoke an response to "prove" you're the terrible things they accuse you of (a type of reactive abuse)
12.Mirroring-narcissist becomes superficially like you at the beginning of relationship
13.Narcissistic Supply- attention, admiration, respect, adulation, respect, fear, manipulation is their deviate sustenance because the narcissist is a highly insecure person- outwardly projects pain
14.No Contact- give yourself time to recover; break trauma bonding; setting up good boundaries
15.Projection-narcissist outwardly identify others "flaws", no responsibility, make themselves feel better
16.Scapegoat-individual targeted by being blamed for 'everything"
17.Trauma Bonding-physiological addiction at the start & ending of relationship
18.Self Esteem-self love, self assurance, self respect; clarity, creativity, curiosity -healthy
19.Triangulation-narcissist THRIVED on chaos! Bringing in a 3rd party to promote chaos
20.Closure- in a typical relationship Open & Honest Communication vs. with a Narcissist- post separation abuse
