So I got my CJ 1st Cooking Show T-shirt! Fun shirt! Worn it the other day and I noticed all the ladies were looking at me!! Okay, so they all had confused looks on their faces but whatever. So, just watched this episode. I feel you missed a great movie clip moment when you made a huge mistake putting the piping hot corn in your mouth. As soon as you said "hot......hot....." I pictured Lord Helmet from Spaceballs after he drank the too hot coffee from Mr. Coffee. 😂

Man, you can tell this video is old! No bell rings, no Comments of the Week, and most noticeable, no fear of burning his bacon. CJ threw that Pancetta on the griddle with the confidence of a young kid that has not yet had his heart broken.
What is the knife you used in this show?
CJ... I'm definitely gonna be trying this version of Bacon Fried Corn it looks pretty good. I have made Todd Toven's version a couple of times on my Blackstone Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer. One other thing I don't know if you have ever watched any of "Sam The Cooking Guy's" UA-cam channel videos or not, but @14:54 you pulled a Sam perfectly. He is always burning his mouth with hot food.

ou should try corn and leeks ! it is an amazing combo ! simple...yet tasty! ! corn, leeks, butter, salt and pepper...thats it !
if you want to jazz it up a bit you can add some bacon....or...even better.....some spam diced really tiny and pre cooked separately ( takes a lil longer than the corn) then al mixed together on the griggle. spice according to ur taste.....( smoked paprika is good)
Should have done a space balls reference with the "hot".
So I’ve been looking at loads of way off roasting and bacon with corn on the cobs. But no one puts lardons on the bacon behind foil, maybe I will try that. Once it’s had a roast with lardons, I can remove it chop some parsley then it can go on the panini grill to finish off

I'm a ham hock guy, but some salt pork and/or sausage can up the game too.
