That breakfast looked highly smashable. Like an 11/10 on the smashometer. Only thing I'd smash more is the Like button! Thanks brother Hussey! Hope you have a great week my friend!
January 2009 - the ice storm! I took care of 6 households, and those biscuits got served for almost a month. My grandmother had taught me. Because of the great depression and prior to that, her mother died after giving birth to one of her younger siblings, so Grandmaw stepped up and filled the role. I sure miss that woman ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have been watching u for a month now and thanks to u my boyfriend and I will be getting a blackstone and iam so excited to cook great food that u have been cooking. Thank u Hussey love watching u
I let my wife watch your video...now she's allowing me to buy a Blackstone too after I save up enough...u make cooking lunch and dinner look really good and breakfast ..Great job brother..we're learning some new stuff from u..gotta add that Mike lawwwwwwwry
As long as you used bacon/sausage grease for the gravy I think crumbling the bacon/sausage and adding to the gravy would have been a meal by itself, BTW everything looks so good.
Loved this video on some good breakfast! I can’t wait to try out biscuits and gravy on the Blackstone! Thanks for the tutorial and can’t wait for some more videos!! 🤩
I’d put my portion on a plate and pour gravy over everything!!! And put butter on the biscuit!!! Now I want to have breakfast for supper!!!🤔 great video.
@@thehungryhussey 🤣🤣🤣 I had to ask my fiance what you ment. “Brinner” to me is something you put your turkey in. Dinner to me is lunch. I’ll get the saying correct one day. At least I find them funny. 🤷♀️. Happy griddling. 😀👍😀👍
didn't know you could do biscuits on the griddle.....gonna have to do that. that biscuits and gravy looks real good. i love a good biscuit and sausage gravy breakfast.
Thanks for the great video. My Blackstone has been in its case for a couple of years because I had no idea how to use it and cleaning took three times as long as cooking. I am going to get it out again after your video and use LOTS of Olive Oil when cooking.
I’ve only had my Blackstone for less than a week, but after watching this video, I’ll be making breakfast tomorrow morning! Love the biscuits cooked on the griddle. Great video, thanks! I didn’t see a link for the Blackstone biscuit cover. Did I miss it?

I tell Ya'll a trick,,,, when you add the flour for the gravy, add some powdered beef bullion and it makes the gravy RICH N TASTY!!! Another good one is Lawrys Pollo Asado seasoning is for roasted chicken and is AMAZING on fried or scrambl;ed eggs!
I don't know how I missed this video. I've done a lot of Breakfast on ours but I've never thought about doing Biscuits on it. We'll definitely be trying it. Thanks.
Next time you do hash browns, put a good amount of oil on the griddle first. Let it get hot and put the browns over the hot oil. You will get the brown in hash browns that way.
I been watching your shows for a few years now and own a small 22 inch but want to upgrade to a 28 or 36 and wanted to ask if uts worth getting the air fryer combo and which size size or blackstone model you like the best. Your shows are awesome and have tried many things including the fried bologna mmm
Hey Huss, I had a friend recommend duck fat for the griddle. I’ve never touched the stuff but he says it’s great for searing meat (?), do you have any experience or input for cooking with it?
Hey Hussy. Love the videos man. The issue I (personally) have is I only have a single-burner Blackstone. Can you possibly make some videos with a single burner? I've learned to adapt my cooking times to your videos. But I was just curious of this was an option.
Bacon actually takes a bit of skill to get right. You figure out how done you like it first. You must pull it off before it reaches the crispness you like because it will continue to cook after it pulled off the heat. You got yo know when to say when.
Great looking breakfast. Personal preference, I'd go scrambled, and no hash brown's. Not a potato person at breakfast. Wrights apple wood peppered, when you can find it, is absolutely the best. Followed closely by Wrights applewood thick cut. Other than that, brother you got you a winner there. Oh yeah, I agree chewy bacon better than crunchy. 👍👍
That looks amazing,,, I'm going to have to see if you've done a chicken and waffles video on the Blackstone,,,, if you haven't could you make one....❤❤❤
How do you get that griddle to cook at such low temperature?? Even with leaving a burner off, I have a hard time getting my Flatrock below 400 degrees.
I will cycle my burners on and off to help matters. I do like having the ability to use the edges as cool spots personally and use it to my advantage when cooking. Have exact temps front to back and left to right IMHO, isn't ideal.
@@thehungryhussey Thanks for the tip, i am having the exact same issue, mine is only a 28" 2 burner and just having some trouble on temps. Will try this. Great videos!!

Always a great breakfast on the Blackstone Matt! Great job and Happy Easter 🐣
Looks amazing!!! I've tried bacon on the griddle several times but find the oven is the best if you like crispy
Man that looks so good. Nice job Sir. Wish I could use my Blackstone for every meal. Need to setup a spot to use inside my house. 😊
That's a pretty smooth bacon flipping technique Hussey. Great video man!
Ha! Thanks so much!
Welp, it’s spring time again here in Canada, time for me to binge watch every one of your videos.

I dabbled with it a year or two ago and didn't find that much "wow" factor to it honestly.
Looks like you Labrador loves the smell. Cool way to cook Biscuits. Dutch oven technique 😋
Looks like one mighty fine country griddle breakfast!
Thanks for showing us how it's done.
Any time!
Hello Happy Sunday Easter my friend you and your family🐇🇺🇸
What’s the best oil? Looks like you are using Avacado and Olive oil combined? Thank you! Just got my first Blackstone!
I use California brand avocado and olive oil blend.

Hey buddy! I don’t actually have a single burner, but do have a 22” that has 2 burners. Maybe I need to do some things on it more.
That would be cool. Sounds like I just need to man-up and buy a bigger griddle! 😅
🤣 Well, if the process ain’t broke, then you’re good!!!

I have. One of those, love it , it's the best😊 Pamela Hussey .that looked soooo good
Where did you find that awesome cover for the biscuits?
That’s from Walmart actually. It’s called an XL dome. Might have to order it if they don’t have it in store.
You can cut through the hashbrowns with your spatula about the width of the spatula to make the easier to turn and look better.
Yep, sure can!
Where did you get that temperature gauge for checking the griddle temp?
Matt, what a fantastic breakfast. Yum yum
Loving the branded shirt Hussey, looking very profesh!
That bacon flip was epic, cool technique. I do the same at work but with less success 😂
Thanks Chris! I was digging those too when I saw them and had to have some. Expensive things they were, but worth it.
You’ll mail that bacon flip bro!
Dripping the bacon grease on the potatoes!!! Epic 🙂
So good!
Can you add cooking times as I struggle with that.
Love your channel brother
I would say, with about most griddle cooks, it's going to be in the 10-20 min category of cook times. This about 15 mins because of the biscuits.
Nothing like a heart friendly breakfast to get your day going
That breakfast got me hungry lol😂 I love your videos!
Thank you 😋. Glad you enjoyed it!

Put the gravy on the hash browns. It's about the best thing ever.

Gravey goes good those eggs also .
What time do we need to be there?😊
Come on when ready!
Add a few onions to the hash browns. Just a few
Not sure, might be a different brand in your area.
Easy gravy ratio: 1 part fat, 1 part flour, 8 parts liquid. adjust as needed to your liking from there.
