I make a fried double thick slice bologna with cheese crunchwrap it killer with horseradish sauce

Got hungry thinking about the Bologna crunch wrap so made one today for lunch with a little variation from above. Griddled two thick slices of Bologna to get the browning added a slice Swiss cheese to each slice of bolonga ad a slice of kraft singles. While doing that cooked two corn tortillas for a double crunch. The layer the flour tortillas with one corn tortilla then another slice of Swiss cheese and the grilled bologna with melted cheese. Then added dill pickle sandwich slices a couple of very thin slice yellow sweet onion some horseradish on top of that. Add one more slice of kraft single and another corn tortillas. At that point finished folding the flour tortilla to seal it all in like a present. Then grilled the crunch wrap until it was dark golden brown on both sides. I use a bacon press to get cold contact with the griddle. And as I expected it was so good hand some jalapeño potato chips with it on the side. It was so good I was tempted to make another. But held back the temptation. Try it I know you will enjoy it it is a three bell ring for sure. But I bet you could make it even better with some minor changes. It is versatile with the toppings. I always change it up just a little I have put picked Jalapeños and pickled red onions, grill onions and pepperoncini peppers. Even use hamburger relish. As I say mix and match, and make it your own.

So are Blackstone spices available in stores? I know Amazon has a couple of them but none of the ones you use. My 36" grill wants to know...you know.
How big were the flour tortillas you used? I got the big ones and still couldn’t wrap them so the edges met in the middle. I had a big cheese crust (which isn’t terrible) but it made it hard to get it on the griddle
These were 10” tortillas, I believe. It’s super easy to overfill these and make it tough to fold and wrap. But cheese crust is always acceptable.

If horseradish is a no no, is there any substitute that can be used? BTW, I found the extra large 10" tortillas but the flat crisp ones are apparently invisible.
