I've said it many times. Maria's album, you've got to sin to be saved, is still, to this day, in my opinion, among the top 10 albums of all time! every song, cover or not, is amazing. there's no filler crap to be found here. check it out yourselves
This is my all time favourite song , not any other versions, just Maria's version. so much so that I cried when I saw her play it live at The Glee club in 96?. when I play YGTSTGS I ilke to play "I forgive you" followed by this. This is a great version - good work. Geoff
At friday; I ordered this album in my music shop named " Candilejas ". In 10 or 12 days I will receive. It´s importated from UK. Best price in CD.( 12 eur.) Waiting with patience... Discuss later... ¡ Gracias selyna !
Bless her heart. There is only one Maria. What is this taken from, Jools Holland I think? Great song (altho she has plenty of her own), great performance of it.
Great cover of a Dusty Springfield song (written by Carole King). Maria knows how to pick a song and make it hers! And of course she's a great writer, too.
@@cncsamplesvideos5055thank you- she looks similar To Karla Bonoff who plays guitar and a wonderful song writer (Linda R.) and others and great pianist as well.
Lots of this stuff are just LOST CLASSICS! Some of these are "older" posting, but does anyone else hear how relevant this stuff would be today?! If it was on wide play today someone would surely ask who is that? By saying Maria Mckee, you'd get, who? THAT'S the true crying shame!
Wowzer, just recognised Dusty Springfield sang this on her "Memphis" album. A case of what goes comes around?! As much as hold Dust' in great esteem, personally Maria rocks it beautifully and floats my boat with her version.
One of the best songs ever. Sung by one of the best female artists ever.
How "Only Once" from off this album wasn't a monster on the country charts I'm sure I will never know.
I wish I saw her on this tour.❤
Saw her on it! London Kentish Town, the Forum (or was it Town & Country Club, its previous name?). Fantastic. She’s the greatest.
Love you Maria... same problem♥ Class & Courtesy!
XOXOXO

One of my all time favourites......
Amazing, 3/4ths original Lone Justice! Whatever happened to Ryan Hedgecock? Time for LJ to get back together and make a Cowpunk record.
Totally agree!!!!!
‘New’ Album, Viva Lone Justice - in 2024…!!
Truly amazing! She sure knows how to own a song.
