😆 I thought YOUTH PASTOR immediately! Definitely a vibe. I love his love, though! There’s something adorable… WAIT STAWP- he just said they are “makin friends.” Also he just proclaimed he had no idea what cats do… “Ya can’t put baby in a corner”…huh.. So 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 This is a never ending gem!!😂😂😅
at this point, i know how to make rice kripsies , honestly just like listening to you tell me how to make them each time i make em ! back once again , thank you! i got my marshmellow on the side btw
I'm only watching the whole video because this guy really makes me smile and raises my frequency thank you so much!! And to the man making this video thank you for that fluffy marshmallow tip ❤ I also always over stired, what I'd do I brown the butter add a splash a vanilla extract and use that for the marshmallows and also throw a good bit of small marshmallows in the mix ❤ thank you for these tips and you got another subscriber 😊
I love this video. The only thing that didn't appreciate the butter is the knife. Maybe if you butter that nothing will stick to it either. But I'm making this now.
I must confess, since making the video I have switched over to a spatula. There's always some stickiness, which means more to eat off the spatula. I'm cool with that. Thanks for watching.
I just made this recipe and I eneded up with a very sticky goo!! lol I definitely did something wrong, I probably need more butter, or maybe it was the old marshmallows I used... Idk, I'll try again soon because you make it look sooo easy and fun!
Let me know how I can help. Old marshmallows when stuck together can make it gooey. If you use marshmallows like that again, I might suggest when you stir them into the butter to break up the ones stuck together before melting it. Also, maybe add more Krispies…though I hate saying that. I never like to add to many Krispies. Hope it goes well the next time!
Hey Barbara! I add the peanut butter right after I remove the melted marshmallows from the microwave. Then I pour in the Krispies and begin mixing it together. You can add some milk choc or semi sweet choc morsels once it’s all mixed to take it up a notch. Remember if you add the chocolate while it’s still warm that it will melt. Personally I like when it melts in, but some prefer to see the morsels. Let’s start treating!
Just a tip for all you rice Krispy treat lover never microwave your marshmallows!! Why you ask? By cooking your marshmallows slow and low in a pot with lotsa room for your mellows to spread a bit, you are Guaranteed the softest chewiest treats you’ve ever had no more day after hard as rock treats, try it you will not be disappointed!!oh and a little tip you can Gourmet them by adding couple handfuls of baby marshmallows or a rainbow marshmallows and a bunch of sprinkle candies any kind you like !! they kids will go crazy for thous treats🇨🇦❤️
april is correct! you dont want to cook the marshmallows bc they will lose that nice stretchy chewy goodness. i heat butter in dutch oven and then shut it off to put in the marshmallows. the pot holds enough heat to just melt the marshmallows enough. perfection!
take a pot, let your butter melt gently, I use one stick, then add your bag of marshmallows, incorporate nicely, then add your krispies, incorporate nicely, lol then put into pan and chill. I add a little vanilla to mine and I use cocoa krispies
That's a great question. It's a fine line between crunchy and chewy. Obviously, if you want crunchy then you can add more Rice Krispies. But if you want a crunchy Rice Krispie, but a chewy treat, check to see how old your Rice Krispies are. I've used older ones that are not as fresh and it changes the whole treat. Let me know how it goes.
Hey Ann, great question. If they are stiff right away, you added too many rice krispies and not enough marshmallows. The recipe on the side of the RK box tends to make them stiff. To remedy this, add less Rice Krispies. If you are using a 16oz bag of marshmallows, then add 4-5 tablespoons of butter and probably no more than 5 cups of RK. If I'm honest, I do it by sight because if the marshmallows get over cooked before you add krispies, then you can't add as many RKs. I encourage you to keep playing with it. Just don't over heat the marshmallows bc it's hard to recover from that. Hope this helps.
What exactly was the SPECIAL INGREDIENT ? no way these krispies are better than mine 8 Tbls butter 6 cups mellow 1Tbls vanilla Melt over low heat 6 cup krispies 1 cup (unmelted) mini mellow mix , set in fridge 30 min You’re welcome ❤
this guy is either a pastor or a middle school teacher. he's got the vibe
Or both!! I love it!!
Ohhh, he's a middle school teacher.
I believe he is talking those krispies to death. He would drive me nuts.. Yackity yack😅😅😅
😆 I thought YOUTH PASTOR immediately! Definitely a vibe.
I love his love, though! There’s something adorable…
WAIT STAWP- he just said they are “makin friends.” Also he just proclaimed he had no idea what cats do…

Did that guy just say, "trail of tears?" Hahaha
Made these and really liked them! Now I’d like to have peanut butter RK. When would you add peanut butter?

First video......SUBSCRIBED
After the video he snaps, and goes insane. "They were, too good."
How would you recommend doing this without a microwave? We don't have one.
take a pot, let your butter melt gently, I use one stick, then add your bag of marshmallows, incorporate nicely, then add your krispies, incorporate nicely, lol then put into pan and chill. I add a little vanilla to mine and I use cocoa krispies

Not bad, best I've ever made! Thank You for the Love of Butter!
Super fun video. Well done.
I SWEAR dude.. if you make a "Appreciate the Butter" T-shirt.. im buying one.. 🤣🤣😂
Sir, are you concern about plastic toxins migrating into your ingredients while microwaving?
If it's a microwave safe bowl there will be no issues
APPRECIATE THE BUTTER!
MAKE THATT LOVE GO AROUND!
Appreciate that butter!! 🧈
How do I keep the Krispies crunchy mine get real chewy
That's a great question. It's a fine line between crunchy and chewy. Obviously, if you want crunchy then you can add more Rice Krispies. But if you want a crunchy Rice Krispie, but a chewy treat, check to see how old your Rice Krispies are. I've used older ones that are not as fresh and it changes the whole treat. Let me know how it goes.
Don't smash or smoosh them too much, and maybe use extra cereal.
You are too funny!
Had me cracking up😂
I like this guy 😂
I've never felt so understood as I did when you wiped your butter hands in the dish.
all in this video makes sense for me.
I've made them twice and mine always come out soggy . It's like the only thing that never works for me other than no bake oatmeal cookies.
❤👍🏻
I feel violated.
So whatever happened to that lonely marshmallow you set on the table?
How do i prevent them from getting stiff?
Hey Ann, great question. If they are stiff right away, you added too many rice krispies and not enough marshmallows. The recipe on the side of the RK box tends to make them stiff. To remedy this, add less Rice Krispies. If you are using a 16oz bag of marshmallows, then add 4-5 tablespoons of butter and probably no more than 5 cups of RK. Or you over cooked your marshmallows and turned them into hard candy.
🎉❤🎉
That batch needs more Rice Krispies, also these are always better after a day of setup.
Where is the vanilla extract?
What exactly was the
SPECIAL INGREDIENT ?
no way these krispies are better than mine
8 Tbls butter
6 cups mellow
1Tbls vanilla
Melt over low heat
6 cup krispies
1 cup (unmelted) mini mellow
mix , set in fridge 30 min
You’re welcome ❤

Yoooo! I always set my time for 222 also 😳
This looks good, but I don’t see any kind of special ingredient
U are so funny😂
Andy u lie!!! Use miniature mallow. Easier to handle. AND grated coconut.
Now you will have the world's greatest!!!💥💥💥🍁🍁🇨🇦
Albert, I like your thoughts on the coconut. Might need to give it a shot. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
