- Established for more than 30 years since 1988, Mr Jimmy Mah sticks to the same recipe. His rainbow bread and buns evoke pleasant childhood memories. Baked freshly everyday, all breads have to be consumed within 3 days as no preservatives are used.

Thanks for the encouragement. Have you tried rainbow bread with chopped ice-cream block? This stall is one of the supplier and it brought back many fond memories seeing the process of baking it.

新加坡的白面包很好吃，在八十年代在新加坡武裝部隊服兵役時，任职粮食部門，記得有一间美國面包厰 gardenia 它的面包也很鬆化 ，相信gardenia 己没有在新加坡生產，不知道Singapore food industry 在jurong 是否还存在?
