- A former graphics designer, Mr Allan Tam, set up his own stall offering Cantonese-style Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle roll) and porridge. Just barely 8 months in the business, his food has attracted regular patrons. From Char Siew, to prawns, to chives, these are some of the Chee Cheong Fun fillings one can choose from!
Their Chee Cheong Fun batter, made using 1-year-old rice, is ground from scratch using a traditional stone mill in-store. Doused in sweet soy sauce, the Chee Cheong Fun is thin, silky, and smooth to the bite.
The stall also serves peanut, chicken, and pork porridge that can warm and energise tummies in the morning!

Interesting how they make the chee cheong fan
It is the traditional way using old rice to get the silky rice roll skin.
