Assuming you start at 9, the 2 of you had 10 man hours in that car! Pricing is on point for that amount of time, but holy crap overkill on so much of that vehicle! I counted at least 3 processes on the carpet, finishing with an extraction that didn't look necessary at all. All that power washing and spraying of the door jams over and over, even after interior processes were complete (requiring clean up of overspray), and a lot of stuff that just looked like a big show.
These high end cars are usually immaculate, almost a maintenance clean. For the size, I would be in that for 6 hours tops, even with condition issues. If I had help, we'd be at the next job by noon, maybe 400 on that and another one like it and home by 4. You'd be working till 8pm to get another one in at that rate. We make roughly the same money, but more efficiently and at a better value for the customer.

@@DetailGroove This isn't the ideal way to have a conversation, but yes, I have to make a lot of assumptions, because it's clear that the video doesn't tell the whole story. The title alone suggests that we can understand your operation and how it generates revenue, but for someone like me, who operates a shop and mobile detailing business, there are a LOT of holes in the story. I'm really not trying to be adversarial, I like and respect you as a long time follower, but I also watch these videos to understand how I can make my business better, and I just can't add it up. Just my perspective anyway, keep on keepin' on, you're clearly doing what it takes to succeed 😉

I'm assuming you already purge the tankafter use. It's a good idea to purge it, turn on the compressor then purge it again to get residual moisture from the air. You can't avoid moisture buildup because it's from the actual air. Hope this helps

I use a steam cleaner on the doors, air vents, upholstery, carpet if needed, and a little on the cracks of the steering wheel.
