OMG this was SOO helpful! thank you!
Thank you for this it was really easy to follow
Great video. Thanks for the video getting that set up.
Love the explanation on autopayments

Commenting to support
Thank @Jordan Platten for doing this video. I use PayPal but didn’t know this stuff as I’m
A newbie!!! So thank you!!!!
I'm about to use this for my gym. I am curious about what happens once PayPal or Stripe tries to take out the next payment and the funds are not in there ... Do they re bill ? Or Do they cancel ? Do you have to reset up the process everytime they miss a payment ?
Any information would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks man!
How soon should you get paid for Smma Services? Before or after you get them results?
HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! I've just released my first ever printed book 'The 15 Minute Agency' & for a very limited time I'm giving it away for FREE! Click here to get a copy - www.15minuteagency.com/free-book
Thanks!!
hey jordan thanks for the video! i have a question, if I'm charging my clients per lead and charge every Friday how do I actually collect the payment because if charging per lead the amount will most likely be a little different every time. i charge every Friday so do I just count the leads and then manually send an invoice for the amount of leads? thank you
Thank bro
Hi Jordan. Would you, please, do a video on #Stripe multi-tier pricing? I have clients where I charge an onboarding fee and then the recurring monthly fee and would love to be able to set this up in Stripe! :)
Hey jordan, how do i use stripe for e-commerce clients. Kinda awkward asking for their card details and most time they wont just give it to you. Thanks!
The “email” part is no longer available on PayPal, I called and they said you need a website...
Is this right or is the “email” link still available on the PayPal site
Great video! Is there anyway to add a field where customers can fill in a sum?
Is there any option to collect payment from bank account using stripe?
What of I'm charging $ 25k or more a month ? Which one is best ? And which change the currency to USD.. thanks awesome vid Jordan
Any idea how to set up that button/subscription like you do with paypal -- with stripe. NOT adding customers info manually
Is there a way you could do this with shopify?
With pay pal does the client also receive an auto invoice every month?
Sir If somebody took clients payment and didn't provide the service then what client should do?
what do you do about the tax column in the end
Hey Jordan, when creating the customer in Stripe, should I be putting in my email or the clients?
clients bro
Do you directly get paid if they accept it? Because you want to get paid directly after someone signed your contract.
why stripe qualified the SMMA owner like high risk business?
Hey Jordan thanks for the great video! I have a question, I know these payment gateway providers like ,Stripe and Paypal for example,
charge 2.9% + 30 cents.
Does that come off from our $1500 so we're actually getting paid $1456 per month or does it give us the full $1500 and it just charges them extra?
It is going to be take from you, so you would be making $1456 per month
Do they get an invoice 🧾 for the payment with the agency name or PayPal name ?
Is it necessary for me to independently complete tax filings when utilizing PayPal or Stripe? I’m asking due to my status as a minor, which precludes me from engaging in tax filing activities.
Hi Jordan is Stripe available in the philippines?
Only thing for Stripe is what if you only want to do monthly for 6-months?? How do you do that??
Great video. I have a question, do you let your clients pay for their ads directly by linking up their card with Facebook or do you let them send you the money for ads and then pay for them with your own card? I'm assuming the second option is better for tax purposes.
always link the customers card to the Facebook account, its less hassle and just about every big SMMA agency recommends this
How do you charge interest?
I have created subscription on paypall and start received some payments unfortunately I have to refund costumers because don’t received any email or link access
Hi Jordan, can we set this up using a personal PayPal account or does it have to be a business PayPal account? Many thanks in advance for your reply and for all your help in your videos 👍
You can do personal but business would be better
Thank you so much for replying to me. It means the world, thank you ❤️
you answered a huge question for me in this video Jordan, thank you!! Also, for the paypal, say your client would rather Paypal, but they dont have a balance in their account, would paypal just take the money of their credit card that is linked with the paypal account?
Jamie Harris Good man I’m glad! Yeah it would do exactly that!
awesome mate, do you find that more people tend to use stripe or paypal?
Jamie Harris more stripe mate! That’s my preference too!
Pukka, nice one pal 💪🏼
i swear they question it😂😂😂😂😂
Haha i can relate to the gym membership ive not been for a year and im still paying for it
Dan Bowyer haha we’ve all been guilty of that one!
Jordan Platten and your 100% right its there and you dont question it because its just taken it will be somthing i do when i get my first client to many rejections at the moment
Love the video but i have a question.
Do i need to own a busniess in order to have a busniess account or can i just create one for my personalbrand? And can i be bankrupt or something like that with a busniess account?
You will need a business to open a business account yes. If not you can go sole trader
@@JordanPlatten Hello, thanks for video. But for recurrent payments in Paypal or Stripe - business account is nessesary?
If I’m setting it up online for my website or landing page is it better to use stripe?
f
You can send a payment link on Stripe now
Hi Jordan, how long are the payments held for by stripe / PayPal before being released into your account? Thanks
2 days
Hey Jordan, so in a previous video, you showed us that our clients can add their card payments to our ad manager account so they're funding the ads. I'm a bit confused because aren't they also paying us a monthly fee for our service like you showed us here in the video on paypal. Are they paying for the ads and our service but separately? Great video btw!
DREDAYZ hey man yeah service charge and ad spend are treated separately!
Clear for Paypall.
But for stripe client should give you the entire credit card credential.
Yeah doesn't make sense to me either
This makes no sense and needs an update.. Not everyone is comfortable giving their payment details that can be used for anything. are you even verified to protect their information?
isnt that done by paypal or stripe ? you dont handle that info you just give them the link
F
@@ivanriobla yeah he said we can't send invoice for automatic recurring on stripe 🤔
6:25 how do u get their card? Seems kinda sketchy to ask them for the card
@@thesoundmajors9097 Netflix doesn't ask me in person for my info. I just input it in the invoice.
Hey, Stripe now allows for you to send an invoice via email - this video is kinda old. The client can then put in their card info themselves and pay the invoice.
He talks about Stripe @ 5:20
fdf
Do you smoke dmt
Seems like PayPal is much quicker and easier.
I've heard WAY too many people saying that PayPal holds their money for no reason. I'd go with Stripe.
Go with Stripe
Paypal seems very unprofessional with that link. If we are emulating Netflix and other subscription models its better to find a solution where everything is branded for your website and the customer has no idea that you are using paypal to process. For that, Stripe has an API for developers, also there are youtube video tutorials showing how to use Stripe. Stripe for the win after watching this video.
Benjamin Garrard You could set up a portal on your website?
Hi..
Q1. Do I need a create separate button for each and every client?
Q2. Do I need to create separate button for every service I provide?
Please answer bcoz I'm new to it.
Regards,
Mangesh
Mangesh Shenvi yes you need a separate button for each client
Ya Allah duk Wanda yatakura mana Allah katakureshi.
Its so annoying that we cant send a link and they put in their card details and also my packages are 3 or 5 months and there is no option to take that many payments and then it ends! I wonder why this is!!! Thanks for the video, answered the questions I had but confirmed those two things aren't options DOH!
You can for Paypal but the fee's are bigger! You can do all of that on there! Glad you enjoyed the video.
Stripe is very developer-oriented. From a developer perspective, it's very easy to do that. With Stripe you can set up a form that takes care of that for you.
Um, it looks like you have ants
Two and half minutes into the video and still no how-to-do-it?????
