Happens all the time. I had a car cut me up earlier today when they realise they're not going to be able to pass on my right with their lane long ended forcing me into an an evasive manoeuvre. I'm not even sure she see me till I started shouting and beeping my horn. Completely oblivious.
And driving one-handed whilst using a mobile phone, and not looking in the direction she's driving.
I feel so sorry for the kid. She's probably growing up with parents who believe she can't do wrong. So when she's an adult and her parents aren't around to protect her, she'll find out "I can do what I want" doesn't always fly.

The usual swear words such as the f word etc are illegal in public in accordance with section 5 of the public order act but he did not use any words that are illegal under this act.

One of my trouble making neighbours is just like these drivers, an arrogant, selfish, rude man, always driving and cycling dangerously around our town and neighbourhood. 3 weeks ago I had the pleasure of seeing him cycle out of a cut onto my street, didn’t look as he cycled out from a blind corner, had to break hard when a car, driven by the daughter of a friend of mine, was driving within speed limit along the road. He done a spectacular dive, head butting the road and eating the concrete. He injured himself quite badly and is now walking around with a neck brace. We got the lot on video, it was entirely his fault, although he has tried to blame the car driver. Even the police who attended said there was not a mark on her car and knew exactly what had happened. Karma came to him that day 😂

Pure impatience and false self entitlement, so many choose to learn the hard way.
You'll notice that the drivers on the main road are not following Highway Code advice and have blocked access into and from a side road in slow-moving traffic. She sees a gap and thinks, "Oh, that'll do."
The speed that she approaches the junction suggests to me that this is normal behaviour for her.

What goes through someone's mind when they decide to drive on the wrong side of the road, around a blind corner when, as can be seen throughout the video, there are many people cycling and walking in the vicinity, including mums with tots in cargo bikes. Hope this driver is soon off the roads until she's been back to learn how to drive without endangering other people's lives. Hope her partner apologises to you next time he sees you!

With every new video I'm amazed of how calm you manage to remain even when they start insulting and threatening you. 👍 One thing I've always been wondering: Is it completely legal in the UK to record traffic and people like that? I know that Germany is kind of "special" in regard to photography and filming in public and privacy rights, but over here it would already be an infraction if you film public roads and sidewalks without a specific (and valid) reason (which could be filming the scenery or landmarks but not the surveillance of traffic), let alone publish it on UA-cam. With the introduction of GDPR even number plates have to be made unrecognizable again in many cases in Germany although that hasn't been the case before. Taking a hidden audio recording of someone talking to you or someone else privately (like a phone conversation) is a criminal offence that you can even go to prison for. Dashcam videos as evidence have only been ruled legal by some courts in the recent past. The use of dashcams for the purpose of collecting evidence in the event of an accident or aggression is only considered legal if they normally discard the recorded material unless you push a button or they sense an accident. It could very well happen that if you deliver videos like those you present on this channel to the police in Germany, they may charge *you* for filming road traffic without a legitimate reason. I'm definitely not saying that I think that it all should be like it is over here but it made me curious whether this is all perfectly legal in the UK. In addition to that: Is the police in Britatin obliged to take action if you present them with such recordings?
Police will take action on public reports of bad driving. They even provide a web form for you to fill out and (ideally) supply video as evidence.
I guess video evidence makes their job a lot easier in terms of prosecution - not one persons word against the other.
In the UK almost all photography and recording when standing in a public place is legal, there are some privacy rights when it comes to sharing that footage however: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photography_and_the_law#United_Kingdom

Its ownership, carry and use by common citizens is banned under Section 5(1)(b) of the Firearms Act 1968. Therefore it is prohibited to be used as a ‘weapon of whatever description designed or adapted for the discharge of any noxious liquid, gas or other thing’.
