    For a youtuber with a large audience, this is really commendable from Felix. I did a presentation on unfair standards for young men in the fitness industry in class a couple weeks ago, and Felix pretty much hit the same notes as the point I was trying to make. I mentioned Chris Hemsworth's fitness app as well and to my surprise, after it was over someone asked me: “is Chris Hemsworth really doing anabolics?” Thanks to Felix and other influencers talking about this topic, we might hopefully soon see more transparency and awareness about this issue.

      Well, he's been pretty big on this for a while - even making the video he mentions at the beginning "all fitness influencers are lying to you." if anyone was actually defending this man as natural, they're nuts - or have no experience working out. (likely, like most online)

      I just hope to see more content embracing steroids too to some extent. By that I say educating about steroid use but also to not taint insta bodybuilder's years of hard work and consistency by it so much unless they lie about it while selling a product. I thought the "Jim" workout community was positive at first but then it's riddled with "💉fake clown" type comments on profiles that just give nothing but positivity and motivational life advice and not selling you products. Like plastic surgery is ok more now for women why can't men take injections for themselves too. Both should be treated with respect for that decision but also not a big deal or kicking down those who do it which happens too often. People are too uneducated and cruel.

However the fact that he apologized and admitted it is huge. So many people these days do not ever admit to doing wrong or being wrong and instead would choose to fight the accusations and start using conspiracy like tactics to explain it away. He didn't do that and I respect the fact that instead of continuing to lie to his fans and try to cover it up, he admits it, which gives his fans some closer. It also now starts to heal any confusion that his fans may have had as to why they can't get their body to look like his without using any medication/steroids. I don't know why you would call me stupid for this. I simply cannot see anything that I've said that warrants that. Please be careful about attacking complete strangers you don't know. You don't know anything about me. If you are going to attack someone, at the very least you better explain in great detail why, which you have failed to do so. - He takes IGF-1 (which is a direct growth hormone present on numerous cell types)
    - He takes CJC which is a analouge of GHRH (Growth hormone releasing hormone) produced by hypothalamus which
    stimulates Human growth hormone secretion in Hyphophysis and therefore also IGF-1 secretion
    - He takes Ibutamoren which is a Ghrelin receptor stimulant (the hormone produced by the stomach who lets us feel hungry)
    and also leads to IGF-1 secretion (Hunger->Eating->Nutrients->potential cell regeneration)
    - He takes Omnitrope which is effectively Human Growth hormone -> IGF-1 secretion
    Added up with three kinds of steroids. This is the most straight way into cancer.
    Anabolic substances (especially hormones) always influence cancer growth, heck there are even whole cancer cell lines
    who cant even be activated without IGF-1. What a dimwit.
    Plus that he looks like this and not even bigger means he doesnt train enough or properly and/or (funny enough) doesnt eat enough or properly.

    Apologising can be very difficult, but it not complicated. All you have to do is hold your hands up and admit you screwed up. Say 'I'm sorry I did this bad thing, I'm working on fixing this about myself so there won't be a repeat.' Anything else just feels like manipulation

    • @tin2001
      @tin2001 Рік тому

      I think bigger youtubers create lengthy apology videos because they know the dodgy "social media" journalists like Taylor Lorenz will cluelessly (or maliciously) write articles that try to explain the context of the apology, but make it sound way worse. So the apology itself ends up with a lengthy explanation of the situation, which often sounds like a list of excuses or bragging.
      I don't think bigger youtubers can win when they do an apology video. They're going to catch a bunch of hate either way. It's probably best 9 times out of 10 for them to just write a short text based apology, and announce they're taking a week/month off to reconsider how they'll do things going forward. Going silent removes a lot of potential attacks by bad journalists.

    People who don’t know steroids would have obviously been tricked.
    He’s also be respectful for the people who do take steroids, even if he doesn’t like it.
