I feel ken with the dying goal thing. The idea of dying if I didn’t reach a certain part of my run in a certain amount of time helped me through cross country and track.
Usually I wake up around 3pm. Eat and check up on UA-cam. After I take an hour long shower. Get out and realize it's 6pm and I wasted the entire day away. Be upset with myself for about 2 hours or so and waste more time watching TV or UA-cam to get over the feeling. Then finally begin to be productive at around 8-8:30pm. Continue to work/stay up until 6am. Head to bed at 6:30am. 👍
I do the Zombies Run app too. It's super fun, there's a whole survival storyline to unlock too. I wrote an article on it for one of my business classes.

My morning routine is to wake up at 8-9 am, go to the kitchen for a smoke, feed cats, check the clock, realize it's past 2 pm, cry my ass off, get a nap till 9 pm, that's when my work shift starts. Until 7 am. That's when I eat and stuff.

I feel ken with the dying goal thing. The idea of dying if I didn’t reach a certain part of my run in a certain amount of time helped me through cross country and track.

Usually I wake up around 3pm. Eat and check up on UA-cam. After I take an hour long shower. Get out and realize it's 6pm and I wasted the entire day away. Be upset with myself for about 2 hours or so and waste more time watching TV or UA-cam to get over the feeling. Then finally begin to be productive at around 8-8:30pm. Continue to work/stay up until 6am. Head to bed at 6:30am. 👍
