- 🌙 ♈️ Welcome to the New Moon Guided Meditation for March 2023. This month we have the New Moon in Aries. This is also happening at the time of the Spring Equinox and is a brilliant time potent for manifesting. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, it’s the ignition key of the zodiac and it starts everything. We are also in the midst of a Spring Equinox. This period is a time for New Beginnings in every area of your life. It’s a great time to break through something that you have been questioning., if you’ve set boundaries for your life, time to challenge that and push beyond that. This is a time for action. To revitalize the whole system. So with that intention, let’s begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.
