Before listening to this activation I had text my sister that I was depressed, and I felt I was ready to give up. I hate feeling low so I decided to exercise then listen and I told myself this is the last push not realising that we'd be pushing barriers during the activation 😮. The sky was overcast where I am and I kid you not, when I opened my eyes the sun was shining and I went out , gave thanks and I feel better.
