What a beautiful and profound meditation. I could feel the dredging up of the remains of dark, sticky, unpleasant energy. I liked that I could release this energy and cleanse my soul. This was such an amazing meditation, and very powerful for me. There are several emotions I especially struggle with, mainly that I’m not as graceful towards myself as I should be, sometimes I allow things to get to me, and I have a tendency to be pessimistic amidst uncertainty of any kind. In the waters, I found myself repeating the words “Faith”, “Grace” and “peace” over and over again without even realizing I was doing it. It takes faith and patience to watch abundance come to fruition, but it takes grace and peace to plant the seeds along with the effort of doing so. Thank you as always, Petra🙏❤️
