- 🌙 ♈️ Welcome to the New Moon Solar Eclipse Guided Meditation for April 2023. On the 19th and 20th of April, we have the Solar Eclipse & New Moon in Aries. This is a big push of energy encouraging you to be brave, to be courageous, to step out, to take a risk, anything that makes you feel you’re filled with the energy of fire. Telling us it’s time to take action, time to move. And balance between taking action and holding back. I AM is the mantra we will use for this meditation. The energy of the eclipse lasts for six months. So this is the time to make that shift and take the action, you’ve always been meaning to. In this meditation, we will fuel our inner fire and embrace our wild side. So with that intention, let’s begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.
