@@leegrantham 5:04 on eight weeks of training (as a replacement for an injured runner with a charity place), second was 4:08 after a more reasonable training regime based on a sub 4 target. I then started running them much too frequently, desperate to get there, before finally hitting 3:58 almost two years later.
