Not ideal if you plan to relax your hair afterwards. I was in a country without hair relaxer and the salon used this instead. Several months later am back, I have relaxer, got the relax done and all the hair that had keratin done on it fell off. Only the new hair that had grown in between the 2 treatments was left.
