I appreciate the thoughtful review. One question - if you would have installed the top the other way - with the clamp handles sticking out the top when folded, would that allow it to fold flat?
Can you compare wood clamps, please. I need to buy some at least 24 inchers. I don't want to buy junk, also have little use need, so I don't want to spend a ton😊
Harbor Freight has some good wood clamps, I have several but haven't used them a lot lately. Thanks for reminding me to get them out and play with them. Stay tuned.
Sir that was a good review but quite frankly I don't know what you're talking about . There are no redeeming values to this piece of crap it is literally made of tuna cans the handles that open and close the Vice are made of paper mache mine lasted about 30 min before failure ...This workbench would be right at home with your 4-year-olds Fisher-Price tool set but I wouldn't do that because there are so many sharp edges on this thing it could be construed as child endangerment... This is one of the few Harbor Freight tools that will not recommend even for the price of $16
seems they have discontinue this bench

I tried that, and it was even worse, hardly folded at all...

Mike, you're points are valid. The more I use this the more I agree...
