Starts out dissing people about wanting to hear about SNL Proceeds to talk majorly about SNL sketches throughout interview. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
I think they kinda meant when they are trying to promote a show and the interviewer only cares about snl. This is them reminiscing together about memories from snl. So I think its different because they are together and want to talk about it. Its probably different when they are alone and actually want to talk about their current show. But your right! I live for hearing about their memories on snl. I wish John would've been on the cast or stayed longer than 4 years.

I don't know how many times have I watched this panel and the one with Bill, Fred, and Seth are in this month. Maybe more than 8 times separately. These guys' friendship and humor are the things that keep me afloat.
The Cards Against Humanity is hilarious because pretty much any Stefon line can be an answer card: a shaved lion that looks like Mario Batali, 3 screaming babies in Mozart wigs, etc
John's suits are almost like a costume. You wouldn't expect this tall gangly man who looks like someone your parents would want you to date to be a former addict and alcoholic who says stuff like "eat ass, suck a dick and sell drugs"
I feel like Bill loosens up a lot in this interview, and I am surprised I think that he is even cooler. I love hearing about those dropped sketches because they are so specific it's awesome. Also Barry is awesome and pushes bill to his limits.
He said once that he uses a trick of "turn what if to so what." I have anxieties and this one single sentence basically changed my life. It's incredible how differently you see things when someone on the inside talks about them.

saw this on my youtube recommended, noticed it was an hour and a half long, looked at my clock, read “12:04 AM,” nodded and said to myself “yeah we’re watching this tonight.”
this is my comfort video on yt
until this is made public this is the best kept secret on the internet
Joe Webb how is it possible this isn’t like viral? i feel honored to be here so early lol
idk man imma rock n roll, archive internet, kinda guy and there's a lot of dope new uploads on the youtubes

I think James Acaster is climbing up there. Repertoire was a fucking creative masterpiece.
31:56 is that exact moment where Bill is trying to compose himself after realising just how many people are there. It's such a relatable thing and I appreciate him being so open about his anxiety with performing. Improv is a terrifying concept to me and it's incredible that people who suffer with anxiety can push through that. Both of them are amazing.
2 of the funniest people on Earth!!! I'm so happy John got sober. We need him on Earth as long as possible. Nothing but love and support for him!!
this moment at 37:00 when he explains performing just to john, and john really starts to cry, it makes me so happy. these two love each other sincerely
Ken Quemuel I don’t see John crying
Lot of projection in the comment section
I just adore how much they appreciate and love each other. It’s so blatant. I love them both with my whole heart
Anyone struggling with metal heath issues or autoimmune please google Andy Cutler, read the article by Rebecca Rust Lee on Weston Price website (just google these names) And read the Cutler success stories. Just want what’s best for you. Wish you all the best!
Starts out dissing people about wanting to hear about SNL
Proceeds to talk majorly about SNL sketches throughout interview.
I love that John asks “does anyone know the time?” While having a watch on.
Good point. I figured it’s cuz he just got off a plane and probably hasn’t adjusted for the time zone change
the way they make each other fall out of their chairs laughing is my favourite thing
Hader laughing while Mulaney talks monotone is EVERYTHING 😂😂😂
MAKE A PODCAST YOU BEAUTIFUL MANIACS
Struggling like hell to stay on topic for an hour and a half with John and Bill
I love how much they love each other
Bill being so supportive of John and praising his work warms my heart:)
I love bill's laugh whenever he's not character and his impressions and his everything
When he hugs you , you feel hugged
that girl asking him a question and then realizing she forgot it for a second made me want to vomit. oh my god i felt her anxiety in my entire body
the one at around 35:50? (bc if so, that was me and i was freaking the frick out)
@@eliasprobably yes aw dude I felt your struggle. You made a quick recovery tho!! :)
ah that means a lot because i still freak out about that day :// i cant watch anything w bill or john bc i just think about myself being an anxious frick
eli lol They understand how you felt, as do a lot of other people, including myself. I don’t think I would even have the courage to ask a question, so bravo. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You made an effort, and that’s what’s important.
@@eliasprobably oh man i know exactly what you mean. I do the same thing when i have a negative feeling about how something went for me. I don't even want to think about the thing anymore even if i used to love it but then i also i think "why are you like this" so I'm sad, embarrassed and beating myself up too
It sucks that those kinds of feelings are associated with this for you because what you were saying and how you were talking were really endearing
"I'm spoiling things but you're adults" lol
Before I watch this video, does anyone know who trains Bob Odenkirk
absolutely no idea, i wish someone could answer this universal question
@@broisyougobbling His trainer's name is Daniel Bernhardt.
this comment is gold
I don't know how many times have I watched this panel and the one with Bill, Fred, and Seth are in this month. Maybe more than 8 times separately. These guys' friendship and humor are the things that keep me afloat.
Bill’s occasional snort when he laughs gives me so much life. And he’s a literal knee slapper!
Man, I loved them roasting Jack and Finn. around 1:22:00
Oh my gosh I thought it was about Jack Dylan Grazer and Finn Wolfhard 😂
Film Fangirls same lmao
@@filmfangirls9163 SAME I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT
Bill not giving a shit that he pissed off John Mayer, makes me love him even more.
"So John, I made a tarot deck based on your standup."
"Oh, cool."
The Cards Against Humanity is hilarious because pretty much any Stefon line can be an answer card: a shaved lion that looks like Mario Batali, 3 screaming babies in Mozart wigs, etc
fists made of empanadas
Bill Hader cackling is the best thing ever!
Oh, have you seen this then? ua-cam.com/video/kG349PSYlF8/v-deo.html 😂
John Mulaney ditching his suits....looking nice tho!
I met him while he was wearing a flannel. It was strange
Went with socks too
Bill's lookin' great, too. Guy's getting buffed!
John's suits are almost like a costume. You wouldn't expect this tall gangly man who looks like someone your parents would want you to date to be a former addict and alcoholic who says stuff like "eat ass, suck a dick and sell drugs"
It's that tan france influence
God, I'm like 45 seconds in and Bill Hader is already laughing his ass off - this is gonna be GOOD!
Here is the supercut: ua-cam.com/video/kG349PSYlF8/v-deo.html 😂
The best 1 hour and 33 minutes of therapeutic laughter. Love this duo!!
i was listening to this video without having seen Barry, and i paused in the middle and watched all of Barry and came back. Amazing
Dammit Lorne, that Samurai sketch sounds hilarious
I feel like Bill loosens up a lot in this interview, and I am surprised I think that he is even cooler. I love hearing about those dropped sketches because they are so specific it's awesome. Also Barry is awesome and pushes bill to his limits.
Title of this conversation should be 'But I digress..'
That's the title of any conversation I have.
🤣🤣🤣
That would make a great "Oh Hello" sequel title hahahaha
mulaney: apparently thinks he doesn't sing well
also mulaney: diner lobster, bodega bathroom, airport sushi, new york musical
This panel is my safe place 🖤
I LOVE how open they are about their struggles with anxiety, thanks for that and the tips!
He said once that he uses a trick of "turn what if to so what." I have anxieties and this one single sentence basically changed my life. It's incredible how differently you see things when someone on the inside talks about them.
הגר גדליוביץ' i’ve been adopting that mantra as well, and it definitely helps
Hader's laugh is freaking contagious 😂 and his love for mulaney is swoon worthy 😍
Well then, you might appreciate this: ua-cam.com/video/kG349PSYlF8/v-deo.html
an hour and a half of john mulaney and bill hader making each other laugh? what more could you ever want
😅😅😊 20:22 😅 20:34
I like how john says he can’t sing but he decided to make a whole musical on netflix
