ACC Crappie Stix GS661P review/Best rod for crappie fishing/Best casting rod for Panfish

I enjoyed fishing with this rod, it handled good and cast great. I fished with it on multiple trips to get a good idea on how it fishes. I don't think you would be disappointed if you purchased this rod.

have this and the new 7' medium light one. with lews custom 100. they work great for river smallmouth

YES… I’m going to have something bad to say. ACC uses a “Blend” of Kevlar and Graphite.
Kevlar is meant to be used in Military Helmets and not Crappie rods. The rod is way too stiff for jigging on sensitive bites.
If you vertical live scope the rod is good. I own 4 ACC’s so I know what I’m talking about. I own the 5’6”, 6’6”, 8’ Super Grip and the 11’ Super Grip.
They set in the corner of my garage collecting dust.
I wish ACC would make a IM7 or IM8 Graphite rod for jigging the sensitive bite.✌️

I have 2 of the 6 1/2' rods. Love them. Like their 12' rod also . Never have to worry about flipping crappie in the boat, plenty of backbone.
