My neighbors hear me singing 🎶 without that device. IJS
Device seems to work well through hollow panel (gyprock/plaster) walls. It is quite sensitive so passing traffic can drown out voices. Slightest movemet of the device on the wall will create loud distortion so I found it better to "prop" it against the wall with a firm object e.g desk or cupboard. Battery life is only 1-2 hours before a recharge is needed. Standard earphones are crappy. All in all, good value for just a few $.

Works best with a ring of Blu-Tak holding it on (but not on the brass bit).
Does this work much better compared to just using your ear against a wall or a door?

But i dont know the tool for this one.

well obviously it's not even plugged in to a recording device. it's a separate recording.
you can see clearly it only has earphones plugged in.
