I had the same problem. I've solved it. If you take a look in it, you will se that the end of the tip is (sorry I'am from Poland) ended with how to say..... it's for a wrench. You unscrew it. You also have to search for that specific tip to replace it. It's not "round" it's hexagon.
I did this dismaltling to clean the milk frother, but now the metal part does not stick with the main body anymore, it keep loosen up any suggestion for this?

what if air tube doesnt come and stays in machine?
