Jura E8 Failure Point - frother quits working

Jura E8 has a failure point inside the machine where an attached but unclamped hose pops loose. The frother quits working successfully at that point in time.
We regularly clean our milk frother, but apparently not frequently enough to avoid this design issue. The hose in question has popped off twice in the last couple of weeks.
The video I found on UA-cam indicating other people have this same problem.

Not easy as Jura has a couple of proprietary screws that require a special tool.
I'm just a DIY-er who kept digging until I found a common problem out there.

I agree with you, had the same problem with new Jura E8 EB. The hose fell off and water poured out of the coffee machine through the bottom of the housing. The new Jura was sent to the service center and the service said that the cause was too fine grinding of the coffee, which resulted in an increase in pressure in this hose. They did not put any clamp on it caiming they are not there to correct the Jura designers. They changed the grinder setting to the second stage, i.e. factory settings.
Two months after returning from the service, the machine began to produce poor-quality foam with a lot of air bubbles and after rinsing the milk system it produces strange whistling sounds. Washing, rinsing or dismounting and cleaning foaming system does not help.
I don't have the time to send a new coffee machine to the service center every two months because of the falling hose.

How to remove the side parts of the housing of Jura E8 EB? It's not as simple as you can see in the link you posted. I removed all the screws and the casing does not come off. Are there any latches? Could u make a short movie?

I sent them an intent to sue. I went back and forth for almost 2 years for when my warranty almost expired for the prick to make it seem like he’s doing me a favor. Then proceeds to tell me it’ll only have a 6 month extension to which I laughed and said- well, then I’ll send u another intent to sue

My Jura which was fixed 6 months ago is now leaking. We’ve found this issue

There is no reason to have clamp on that connection, there shouldn't be any pressure there. Look for blockage further down.
