  • It's easy to keep the fine foam frother hygienic and working perfectly. Just remember to clean the frother every day if you have been preparing milk. This only takes about two minutes.

We purchased a Jura E8 coffee machine about 2 months ago and love it! I am trying to clean the milk frother but it won't come off the machine. Do you have any suggestions that would help me?

I've been cleaning this since we got the Jura just over a year ago. Now it seems to be producing froth which is very very light and bubbly rather than the nice consistent foam we previously had. I can't see what I might have put back incorrectly. Is there something which changes the "frothiness" of the milk?

My brand new machine also only makes light bubbly froth. Very disappointing.

    Hello,
We own a Jura C60 and I was wondering what is the top plug and what use does it have that you wash at 0:51?
    Thank you

The piece you mention is called air intake pipe and is a crucial part for the production of milk foam. It is possible that rests of milk keep stuck in the air intake pipe and affect the function. Therefore it is very important to keep it clean. The film shows how simple it is.

Question : i have a Jura Impressa E8 with : Professional fine foam frother
in the manual it's say to pull out the rotary control (hot milk or foam frother ... but how !!!
i remove the bottom .... the top .. the milk tube.. but i don't know how to remove the knob .... thanks you :)

You have to pull hard, it does come off, but takes a bit more pull than I would have ever thought is required. I'm curious about your experience with how well it works. For me, the dependability of the milk frother system is terrible. I can't believe I paid $2,000 for a coffee maker...specifically to make latte and cappuccino, and the milk frother system works so poorly despite how much I clean the system.

Chris Kirkman I’m very disappointed by the level of convenience too. The App is virtually pointless and there is almost no customization-aside from coffee dosage. For $2,000 I’d expect it to make breakfast and coffee.

@@pccoder jura is a waist of money. The normal milk frother is an absolute scam. I paid more than a 1000 pounds to find myself with an unusable milk frother (I did buy 4 if them and they all broke 😅). The customer service is a joke. I'll buy a delonghi next time. Can't wait for my Jura e6 (the coffee part does still work) to break so that I have a good reason to change it.

    Hello
After dismantling and reattaching now my nozzle does not seem to hold out when the milk comes out for flat white. Any idea how I can fix that ?

Poor you, it's just that this milk frother is as rubbish as Jura's customer service. You'll have to buy a new one every 4 months. I should know, I own 4 of them. 3 are dismantling every time I try to use them. The 4th one... I'm waiting to see how long it'll last.

If you have the Jura E6 and running the milk frother every day, not only do you need to run the cleaning cycle daily, but you need to clean the air suction valve daily so that the machine froths the milk properly.
