As a Patriots fan, i appreciate watching this guy and many times in person. He was the ultimate competitor and no game or lead felt comfortable until the clock read 0:00
Coming from a Broncos fan, we had some great bouts between our guy and Brady, it was real fun to watch 2 of the greatest to ever do it duel it out (especially in 2013 and 2015 for me at least).
Greatest retirement speech of all time. This one is so much more special than his hall of fame speech because everyone that year was so limited because of Covid.

Thank you Peyton for choosing us. Thank you Peyton for being a part of the 4 best years of my life as a football fan. Thank you Peyton for being the driving force behind my love for the game. The way you studied the game, approached the game with this mindset of knowing what the defense is gonna do before the defense knows what they're gonna do. Thank you Peyton for a brilliant 18 years of football and especially those last 4 with my Broncos. Thank you for those SB appearances and while the first one didn't necessarily go as planned, we got u one to ride off into the sunset (pretty fitting that the same goes for John, that SB was for you too). Thank you for one of the best offenses of all time, breaking all kinds of records and winning MVP twice with us. All these thank you's don't do enough justice for what you did for this league and for our franchise.
Mr Peyton Manning it's now 2023 and you are my GOAT and always have been Tommy has nothing on you I'm planning on going to Canton Ohio this yr I'm a senior and my dream is to some day meet you thank you for making fb what it is today !!!
He was a great player all career long. As a Brady fan, I think he should be recognized more. The Hall of Fame did so, too. Salute to Peyton Manning! 1️⃣8️⃣
Always will admire his passion for football and leadership , his teammates seem to like him as well. . I miss the adrenaline rush he gave in crucial plays would have me on the edge of my seat regardless if I was pulling for his team or not . But most importantly his humbleness. Football is just not the same. And I do miss those Brady/Manning days. Good times . Congrats Manning
A consummate professional, a high IQ quarterback, a team player, and a man of God. Players like Peyton do not come around very often. I am blessed to have been able to watch his entire career. Omaha! Omaha! God bless you and your family my brother in Christ.
All time favorite player. It really is disappointing how people don't really see how good he is 🐐 He did what Tom Brady did before tom Brady even did it
As a chiefs fan who endured so many losses to this man and his Denver team, I respect the hell out of him. This past weekend, we lost awfully to Brady & TOMpa Bay. The day he retires, I will be there to comment with my respect to the best to ever throw the ball.
I just watched a old game on Peyton Manning vs Tom Brady man this gonna be sad once we see Tom give a retirement speech or not its still gonna be sad. Also Congrats Peyton Manning on winning The Pro Football Hall Of Fame!!!!! we will miss u and forever remember u Peyton!!!!
Watch his 1997 Payton all acess with Ron Franklin during his last year at Tennessee, I hate the vols but it was epic, still weird though how they won a national title with tee Martin after he left... am I wrong ?
Trying to think of Peyton games you haven’t done yet… how about his last playoff matchup with Philip Rivers, that would work nicely with Rivers having retired. Peyton won 24-20 I believe, that was his record setting year 2013, and it was a nice revenge for his playoff losses to Rivers in 2007 and 08.
I am not surprised he didn't. The Colts owner abandoned Peyton, bet against him, and said some pretty crappy things about Peyton to try and justify it.
I called his colts teams the atlanta braves of the 90s in their era because of not even the rings but the ugly playoff exits, but still a top 5 qb ever at worst
