Standing Guard Sweeps | BJJ Techniques

Two of my favorite sweeps when my opponent stands up inside my closed guard. First is that have their hands on the belt/hip area you have the classic Waiter Sweep. If they decide to pin your biceps to the mat...you have the Omoplata Sweep.
