I just got a 10 week old rottweiler/shepherd puppy and she is so incredibly smart it's unbelievable! She knows her name and she has already started asking to go out for the bathroom. She's very gentle with my 2lb Chihuahua and absolutely adores the cats. Her only "Issue" is that she's not fond of leaving my side for more than a few minutes at a time. She doesn't get destructive or loud or anything like that... she just gets very sad and mopey until I return lol

I REALLY needed this I just got an AKC German and Serbian Rottweiler puppy 8 weeks and really needed these videos. My biggest problem is sometimes she doesn’t wanna go outside so I learned to put a little bit of kibble in my hand and then she is motivated to come outside because I’ve had spine surgery on my neck. I cannot keep leaning down to her to pick her up, so I’ve learned not to cater to her. She is really smart and learns really fast. She is learning sit and calm and I got her to stop whining. I stopped my foot to get her out of some thing. I still need a lot of training. This is fantastic. Thank you so much for these videos I will be putting her in puppy classes and then in April some classes from People who train large breed dogs like her!!! 😎💚 she’s excellent at Poddy training though!
My rottweiler is in tune with me from his home state and it's all down to emotonal inprinting from puppy hood... Eye contact and praising your pup for everything you're pup does right...
After 10 years my Rottweiler baby "Puma" passed away (from old age) I see this video and my heart opens and maybe through this video I will have a desire from my heart to bring another Rottweiler, to raise, take care of, and train it like before...amazing and smart breed!!! Thanks for the video!!
I started training my Rotti right outta the box, she was so smart and learned everything easily and quickly. Adolescent phase came and …..NO, she was a pain in the butt. Once she came out of that it was pure magic, she’s a year old and listens so well I don’t need a leash 90% of the time. Great dog if you know what you’re getting into and have dog experience.
Loved the advice to not name until it’s done the right way by the dog. I never knew why trainers did that. My Doberman learned the commands immediately when I taught her but struggled to replicate perfectly every time and I’m willing to bet that’s why.
I'm training my 10 week old Rottweiler puppy now and he's so good! Already knows his name, sits on command, comes to me when called and follows me around that I don't need a leash to take him potty outside! Definitely will be using your videos to help guide me in my training with him!

Love your videos. We just got a Rottweiler Puppy and this one is smart. I know this, because he learned sit and down with no word,s only hand signs in 10 min with kibble. VERY food driven. I'm not much of a trainer, I'm following your video's. I try to make it fun, Falko is only 12 weeks old. But the focus is unreal. Thank you for all the inspiration.
I got my dog at exactly 8 weeks, he was black and tan and the only one of his color in a lab litter, but he's growing and filling out like a rottie, one of the smartest dogs as far as ease of training I have ever had I had him kennel trained at 9 weeks, he already heels naturally with me on his morning bathroom walks, the only training I've been focusing on is getting him laser focused on me more rather than running around, which I contribute to him being roughly 11 weeks old. My first rottie and probably won't be my last.
