Wow what a mess! I believe that good service is what really creates happy customers. It doesn’t matter if your product is great if you can’t service and repair it in a professional way! I hope they will fix your car so you can keep beeing a happy Tesla customer.
Yes nobody should have to fight with a company to fix problems that the company caused, For me I would think they would be a lot better off without bad publicity. I don't understand how they think it makes absolutely no sense.
I have only heard bad things about Tesla in general, and fanboys never say anything bad. Sad you have to have theese problems, and I just hope it will be fixed.
Yes I think Tesla is more interested in sales than keeping the customers they have although I have saved alot on fuel I have gained alot of stress dealing with a incompetent service department.
@froyo9674 yes I am pretty sure that they had kids working on the car and the manager I delt with was absolutely terrible. I actually dred having to ever go back there again. Thanks for the comment.
As a Tesla owner for over 7 years and with a great service center, it sucks to see you have these issues. I really don’t understand how some service centers can be so bad. I guess it’s difficult to find good help. I looked at the reviews of Langley and it’s a lot of 5’s and a lot of 1’s. 5’s outnumber 1’s but still too many 1’s.
Thanks I do love the car but yes this service center has been a nightmare and it is ongoing we are being ignored now after giving them the towing company's information they requested.
Sadly that's what happens when tech companies starts to build cars, tech companies absolutely don't care about customers. I think you have better service with an ISP customer service when line is down (and any body knows it's hell), than what big tech and tech companies building cars. Sadly, in the case of Tesla, you can't have parts to fix things yourself. It's kind of locked, on purpose. Good luck, I hope you'll get this sorted out, this is SO MUCH money, it's unbelievable. It's a luxury car, with shitty service.
You are right I think one main problem is computer guys doing mechanics they break a bolt and don't know what to do, so they ignore it and hope nobody notices.
yea I've heard teslas service is a joke barely any dealer support and the dealer that do work on them suck and if u need parts get ready for backorders
Yes you would think they would want to make customers happy, but that is definitely not the case.I think they just want to make customers angry so they don't have to deal with them.
@shou635 very soon they have the car right now and have had it for a few weeks. It should be interesting to say the least. Within a few weeks I will make a video.
