Same, one time i wonder why people always cries abt their nose with blackhead and wonder why i dont have it..until i got a glasses then i know it's all blurred.
I’ve used Bare Minerals for almost 20 years. It can easily get waxy looking if my brush is too dirty and has buildup, and if I put too much on. Less looks better. Whenever I use it I get compliments. It’s my favorite to wear to the gym because it looks better when it gets moist and it stays put.
Yess!!! I like to set it with Evian spray I get it at ULTA and then go back in with the fluffy kabuki brush I applied the powder with originally not using any extra to melt it into the skin, looks flawless. Love it. Just wish they had my shade in the compact vs just the loose powder. 😪 I'm going on 35 so while I don't have major wrinkling going on its definitely not a perfect complexion. It's good stuff, worth the price to me.
I've been using it over 20 yrs. and I could never go back to liquid foundation, I tried and it felt so awful that I had to remove it immediately. I love it!
I used it for many years but then it started skipping over my pores. 😢 Tried several different kinds of brushes but got the same results. Any suggestions? Maybe I've out aged it.
@@Freedommjw hi...have u tried a bb cream? It's reminds me of a tinted moisturizer. I use elta md tinted sunscreen everyday. Once sunscreen has dried, I use a tinted bb cream over that. Provides decent coverage and that seems to work well.
Same!! Just turned 40 and tried bare minerals for the first time in a couple decades and it looks amazing. I do think you need to take really good care of your skin and keep it hydrated for it to work, but it does!
@@Tinkgrrrbabe this is definitely key. I’m 30 and if I try to use it without moisturizing or with the wrong brush it looks horrendous. But when my skin is properly prepped it blends in beautifully. It’s also easy to put way too much on. There’s kind of just a lot of room for user error with bare minerals.
@violetblythe6912 I'm only 34 but I tried it years ago at a counter and loved the look, but didn't have the money back then. Now a beauty store here is closing and I got 194€ worth of products for 30€ to really try the brand. I have a question. Do I use a domed powder brush or a flat top one?
I have to say... If using Bare Minerals you HAVE TO use a moisturizer that your skin absorbs. Use only a little bit of the powder and blend it out! If your skin is dry, that HAS TO be corrected first! Good Luck and Wayne is BEAUTIFUL without or with product 💖✨💖
@@katy9291 I highly recommend using the glossier future dew as a primer, and then setting with a hydrating setting spray, I use the Milk hydrogrip to set. I also use the glossier priming moisturizer rich sometimes but I love the futuredew. I also do what Wayne does, I tap the powder onto my face, a very light amount all over to set the primer, and then buff it it in after about 30 seconds because the primer is very emollient, but the powder blends in so well and it keeps you hydrated all day. I have eczema and psoriasis on my face and BM original is my main foundation
I agree. I use Bare Minerals foundation on my face. I always use a moisturizer first. Then, I use the primer over that. It helps to blend the foundation much better. Less is more, than too much foundation. It's easier to put less powder foundation on your face, than too much. You can always put on more foundation, if you need to. I usually blend it out as much as I can, before adding anymore foundation. Remember, it's a powder foundation, not a liquid or a cream foundation. I love Bare Minerals!! I have been using their products for many years now. Thanks, Wayne!! 💖
I have oily skin but it’s dry and sometimes flaky due to acne treatments. Should I be using a dewy primer? And what kind of brush is the best for buffing out powder foundations? Thanks for any help!
@@babygirl-oz3cg hey I used to work for bare minerals! The complexion rescue from bare minerals is a great primer for under the original foundation! In regards to a brush it's completely up to you! If you want full coverage used something more dense if you want light build able coverage use a more fully brush! I myself apply the complexion rescue first then 'set' it with the original powder then I start buffing! And remember light buffing don't be vigorous and the more longer you buff the more it will melt into your skin!
I’ve been using bare minerals since it first came out, I’m 71 and I still love it! Light coverage that doesn’t end up in my wrinkles!!! Glad you approve!!!

I'm 50 years old and Bare Minerals has been my go-to foundation for about 5 years. I love it for my combination skin, but I do make sure I use a good moisturizer on my cheeks before I apply. I haven't experienced any dryness. When I wear it, it makes my skin look healthy but not covered up.
@@merricat3025 Me too. Used it in my 30's made me look 50. Now I'm 51 and can get away looking 40 by using tinted sunscreen. I wonder if it's my application? I want it to work. Love some tips 🌺
I'm so happy you used the Bare Minerals foundation. It looks great on you. I've been using it in medium for nearly 20 years. It's the only foundation I've ever used. I'm 69 now and have few wrinkles. I started using it to cover scars from an assault in 2000. It feels creamy on the skin and will give you whatever coverage you need. I sometimes dab a damp natural sponge over my face after applying.
Former Bare Minerals employee here! First of all, I’m stunned how amazing/smooth the foundation looks on you in the capacity of 4K. One tip I recommend for the original powder foundation is to absolutely purchase & use the Beautiful Finish Foundation Brush (retail $34). I’m sure your brush is absolutely FABULOUS but the original powder foundation is a very unique technology in and of itself and it really behaves the best when applied with the brush that goes with it. The brush literally buffs & melts the foundation into your skin & makes sure that it stays on all day with little to no separation. Seriously guys, try the brush with the powder foundation. You won’t be disappointed I promise!
I used Bare Minerals in the late ‘90s and forgot about it until about a month or so ago. Something made me think about it recently and I began rebuilding my collection of it and appreciating it all over again. I am 42, also using tretinoin, and find BE to be a lovely foundation on my skin. Thanks for sharing this video. 😌
Looks amazing on you! In my 20’s/30’s I used to only use Bare Minerals but as makeup became more “popular” over the past decade or so, I haven’t used it in a long time. I think I’ll pick up some and give it a try again. It definitely makes the application process quicker & looks very nice on the skin
You are such a BEAUTIFUL human being! What a pleasure is to watch your videos, no matter when they were recorded. Thank you for being you. So beautiful, in and out. :D
This video makes me feel better! It's real! I don't care for the foundation myself because it's extremely dry looking. BUT, you've shown real skin has dry spots where wrinkles are. I get so much out of your videos, thank you! I've just started using makeup and I'm 50 so I thank you again!! 😘
Bare Minerals is my absolute favorite. I despise heavy makeup, and Bare minerals gives excellent coverage to accent your natural beauty, and cover flaws without looking made up.
I am 43, and I have VERY dry mature skin. I LOVE bare minerals powder! I use concealer next to my nose, under my eyes, and on my chin. Everywhere else I use the powder! Its magic on me!
I hope that you are using BISQUE for concealing, which is absolutely fabulous, for sunkissed complexion use SUMMER BISQUE, for a person of colour , use HONEY BISQUE1!
Bare Minerals got me to somewhat achieve the filtered look I had seen all over SoMe for years before realizing it was actually photo filters 🤷♀️ but it’s the first time I put on makeup and felt confident in what I’ve achieved
I'm 54 and Bare Minerals is my go to!!! I love that it looks so natural and lasts!! It doesn't settle into lines or wrinkles! Great video and it looks flawless!
Love you Wayne, sweet soul. I’m 62, so I use NO powder on my skin, except for eyeshadow and I’m seriously thinking about switching to a matte non shimmer eye shadow. IF you sincerely want honesty, I feel the bare minerals looked fabulous everywhere but your nose and around your eyes. You’re going to look beautiful regardless, so it’s really a moot point. Your voice touches my soul. Thank you and much love to you and anyone reading this, in oneness.
I love bareMinerals it’s actually the powder foundation, mineral veil and warmth I’ve been using for years I would always pick up the larger ones for the holidays and it’s still one that I always go back to I’m 41 and I’ve been using it at least 12 years-
I've been a bareminerals user for years & I love it! The original foundation is what I use & I truly believe it makes my 63 year old skin look younger. Thanks so much for sharing!
I used to buy bare minerals when they had the infomercial for it before they sold it in stores. I loved it. That was long ago. I’m 38 years old now. Time flies, doesn’t it.
Finally a make up artist admits to foundations having a yellow undertone. I thought I’ve been going crazy for the past two years. Maybe because everybody spray tans now? Even the so-called neutrals and cool towns look orange on my skin
@@dynamist That's not even true. My family has yellow undertones. At a wedding reception, the halogen lights in the hall made my mother and me turn yellow, but everyone else looked normal.
I just love you. I'm almost 75. Carefully take time applying makeup every day... and love love love makeup. Your videos are the BEST and help keeping me pretty but not clown like. Thank you Wayne. From the USA 😊
Oh wayne, You steered me well with the nude by nature, thee absolutely best mineral foundation I have ever used, for the first time in years my 58yr old dehydrated skin looks flawless ! Thank you so much ! 💓
When it first came out I had a subscription and I get it every 3 months . This was the best makeup I’ve ever used and I don’t know why I quit wearing it . I’m going back
Same here. I absolutely loved it. I stopped using it because my skin is so oily and they never came out with an oil control, long wearing foundation. I wonder if they have one now, I am obsessed with my Estée Lauder Double Wear.
@@mcel33 my sister swears by the Estée Lauder double wear but I found it too heavy like I actually feel the makeup. Then having the fu@%ing hot 🥵 flashes doesn’t help . This mineral makeup lets the pores breathe.
I used to use it all the time until they added bismuth to it. Now it makes my face itch through out the day. They need to remove that. There is no need for it.
@@lasenoritacometa1977 ever tried the Double Wear Water Fresh? It’s extremely hydrating and I think lighter, while still giving full coverage. I have that, the original, and the light versions of DW and the Water Fresh is the one I reach for 99% of the time.
There's a German powder/mineral product called 'wonder pearls'. I'm 50 years old and it's the very first product that I like as a foundation! It has a nice coverage without being cakey or makes my pors look huge..and it lasts for hours. This stuff is amazing!
I love Bare Minerals powder concealer! I plot it with a little precision brush over only the small imperfections! It last allday! It is a No Make-up look which I haven't found with any other concealers! Love you @Wayne Goss
@Nikki Loves Does one need to buy the Bare Minerals concealer in conjunction with the BM foundation OR do you just use the foundation as a concealer? I don’t mind spending the extra money but I don’t know if they are the same or similar product?
I'm 48 and only use Bare Minerals. It's the best makeup I've ever found that doesn't aggravate my rosacea. I've been using it for years and love it! I have learned how to use it so that my fine lines don't get accentuated. I don't have any wrinkles yet. We'll see what the future holds.
I LOVE Bare Minerals foundation. I really appreciate the way it looks on my skin, the older I get. I'm 32, I know I know, not that old, but I feel like this foundation looks the best on my skin at this stage in my life. It so underrated.
Hi Wayne I used bare minerals for many years as it was the best for my sensitive (eczema prone) skin, but as my skin got even drier aka older and post menopausal, all that buffing is very irritating. I also developed rosacea and have to be very gentle with my skin. I moved onto liquid/creams, as they don't need all that buffing etc. Mineral foundation is excellent in the Summer, as it lasts well on a hot day and can look really beautiful on the skin. i still use it as a powder over a light coverage liquid, as there isn't the need for all that buffing and it still gives some additional coverage. My skin is very dry, so as it isn't meant for oil absorption it doesn't dry me out even more than I already am. I thought it looked really good on you - even in 4k lol. Best wishes.
I also have dry sensitive skin + rosacea. I would love to use a light powder foundation like this but all that buffing would irritate my face SOOO much. : / I use sheer liquid foundation bc I can ever so lightly press it onto my face. Also can't use powder blushes for the same reason.
@@joangentile2731 LoL the only brush that sheds on me is the kabuki brush. I use it anyway not like I don’t have another one back when I use to get it in the mail I had so many duplicates. Like WARMTH 😂😂
Same here! I've been using it for over 17 years, but lately I've been noticing it's been looking a little cakey on my skin and accentuating fine lines and wrinkles 😕 I don't know why either 😔 Any good primer recommendations that anyone can please let me know about to use with bareminerals foundation please? Perhaps that could be the issue for me? 😕
Bare Minerals Original has been my go to for over 10 years! Use a bit of liquid concealer under eyes and any blemishes then a light coat of BM! Love how you can build the coverage and doesn’t feel like you are wearing a mask like with liquid foundation.
I'm just 60 & been wearing Bare Minerals original for about 12 years now & it's so easy to apply, my everyday makeup. I love it. For special days I use the Bare Minerals tube Foundation, it's light & great coverage, then original Bare Minerals medium & face looks flawless. (I say that loosely, have lots little lines & things are heading south!) Well, I have used a lot of different make up over the years & your skin changes when it ages. I think having the ability to build it up makes it ideal for those that like a little more natural look, the product is definitely one of my favourites.
I am closer to 60 than to 50, and this is the only makeup I can use on my skin that will result in a natural (yet improved) appearance. Anything else accentuates my lines and makes my skin appear crepe-y. I love that it's quick and easy to apply, and I feel like my skin can "breathe" while wearing it. Enjoying your videos, thank you for making them available. :)
I think the secret, at least for my skin (oily in certain areas, dry in other, wrinkles, texture, pores) is to use little of the powder, in a color that is not too light or too dark, although the colors are forgiving, and buffing away. I only have problems if I use too much powder, because then it sits on top of the issues and actually highlights them. Other foundations do not work for me because of texture.
@@Vera-kh8zj I can totally see that. I've been focusing a lot more on caring for my skin and although many issues have corrected themselves, I struggle a little bit with the the cakey look or with texture and the lasting power of light-to-medium coverage base products.
I would definitely exfoliate, apply plenty of moisturizer, let it sink in well, and use a primer. I use the one BM makes with it. You should use one with dimethicone, because it needs to have some slip for the foundation to adhere properly, and not drag on the skin.
So I hated BM when I was younger but now in my 30's, I think it looks the best on my skin! It is natural and idk if I have gotten better with application or if the product works better on my skin, but I feel as though it covers my skin issues best.
The 2 things I don't like about BM- it's a hella messy and doesn't last. I use a tinted spf foundation from Chanel and it seems to be the best for me. I love this guy, tho.
I wore Bare Minerals loose mineral foundation all through the 00"s when I was in my forties through early 50's. I was complemented all the time on how beautiful my complexion was. I always said it was Bare Minerals. Then menopause hit and my skin care regimen had to change. Enjoy it while you can!!
I've been in menopause since I was 36. (surgical due to uterine cancer) and I'm almost 52. I still wear the minerals but, for the most part, I've switched to their serum foundation. It's amazing stuff.
It looks good on you. And I appreciate your not filtering. My skin wouldn't look THAT Beautiful in 4k. I have ENORMOUS pores. I have combo skin but anything super dry or matte settles into and emphasizes every pore and fine line.
I actually worked at Sephora during the height of Bare Minerals, everyone and their grandmother came in asking for it. I really like it on young women but I tended to steer older women to Laura Geller or Pur. I found it better on mature skin. It looks fabulous on you. I could watch you forever!
Funny that you steer older women to Pur or Laura Geller, I was sold Pur at Sephora, but I still love complexion rescue from Bare Minerals..all 3 of them are good, I feel old now though 🤣
I used Bare Minerals original medium shade into my 60s, and it always looked wonderful. Now I'm better off using the cream version. Thank you for this video. It gives me faith in my makeup choices.
I forgot to mention, that you have sun damage and you need to hide it, BISQUE from Bare Minerals does a fabulous job, if your skin is sun kissed, use SUMMER BISQUE . It doubles as a primer for eye-shadow too. I love Bare minerals products ! So light on your skin and stays all day ! And you look natural !
Wayne, I actually have used this BM on your exact same shade for 2+ decades on my skin for my sensitive skin / combination skin - haven’t used any other foundation since then & we are about the same age - thank you for providing this review & tutorial 🙏👌👍🤗
BareMinerals was also my first mineral foundation. I still love it. I have it as my easy day foundation. Super easy. Thank you, love ya Wayne, you are the best ❤️😍🥰 Also turning 40 this year so this was great ❤️😘
I love the fact that you don’t use filters and you let the rest of us see the lines, pores, etc that we all have, especially those if us around the 40 year mark. Also, the fact that you never have drama is always refreshing. Wayne Goss, you are officially my favorite mua. I’ve learned more from you about how to apply products, as well as which products to use, on my aging skin than I have from anyone. Thank you 🙏
I've been using Bare Minerals for 20 years. I'm now over 60 and it's still the best foundation I've found. I've experimented with liquid foundations, and I always go back. I'm now to the point I don't bother with others.
I am 48, and I have also been using it for over 20 years. It was the first makeup I would wear because I could not feel it on my face, and it genuinely looks natural. I have seen a lot of people say you can't wear it after 40 but I do not have any problems with it. I will say, I still have oily skin, maybe that makes a difference. There are a couple of BB creams I like, but I am Bare Minerals 80% of the time or more.
Dear Wayne, I think the Bare Minerals looks flawless on you and medium is perfect. It makes me glad I went back to that brand. I’m 69 now and get compliments all the time on my skin. For a few years I decided that it was “powder” and would settle into wrinkles, so I regretfully switched to several medium to high end liquid foundations and never had the satisfaction I had with Bare Minerals. Thanks to you, I learned the secret of buffing a few videos ago, and that makes all the difference. Thanks and be well💕.
Lol I’m 50 and Bare Minerals is still my favorite foundation, been using it for 20 years! First off, you need to use a silicone-type primer underneath, wait 10 minutes. Second, you’re not applying it correctly according to the brand’s tutorial. You have to swirl your brush in the minerals until they disappear into the brush, then you buff the brush on your skin. Never apply the powder directly to the skin. If you do these two things then the minerals will apply flawlessly. One last thing, I always use the ‘matte’ version as I find the original version is too shiny. Bare Minerals is the only foundation I can use when tretinoin makes my skin flaky! It floats on top of the skin, instead of getting caught up in the flakes like a liquid foundation does.
I am 63 and there are no signs of my T-zone settling down any time soon. After this tutorial, I am going to go 100% Bare Minerals and toss the mix and match concealer, foundation and blushers I've been using.
Yes finaly someone giving credit to bare minerals 👍. I love this foundation u get the most natural glow !!! And it doesn’t make u break out !!! I been using it for 15 years !!!
Bare Minerals original foundation has been my go-to foundation for about 12 years now. That says a lot since I just hit '60'. My skin has gone thru a lot of changes during the last 10 years but Bare Minerals has managed to handle it all!
I love you so much! I love your honesty and authenticity. You seem to be so pure hearted and sweet, and at the same time wise. Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into making those videos. You are the only "beauty-youtuber" left in my subscription list
Love bareminerals! Game changer under original foundation is complexion rescue in lieu of primer. Delivers moisture and a fantastic base for loose powder
@@bgueberdenteich5206 It's NOT perfect. Very few foundations are. In fact, Wayne himself says it in the comments if you read them. Someone named Yoko asked Wayne to do a wear test and if he had any recommendations for the Bare Minerals looking "cakey" after a few hours. Wayne agreed with the comment and said about Bare Minerals "While it looks great for a while- as the day moves on it can look quite heavy. Sadly" So the great Mr Goss himself knows Bare Minerals could be improved, and for sure it's not a " master piece ". Bare Minerals and the Mona Lisa? Not even close. 😂😂😂 Hopefully Wayne WILL work on his own mineral formula.
@@ashleys4652 I have used BM from the worst week. that it was offered in a boutique in San Francisco . I have never had a problem with it becoming *cakey*, but then I have the best skin one can imagine , with no oiliness whatsoever . I travel a lot to all kind of climates and BM has never disappointed . I get compliments all the time . I am over the moon with BM. I wish everybody had my beautiful, healthy skin , then BM would be as prefect as it is for me . I have flown from San Francisco (over Hawaii) to Sidney, Australia and got off the plane looking fresh ! By the Way, Why would I follow a man's advice ? I do not need to. lol. And no, Bare Minerals need no improving , when you have normal, non oily skin ! I still say it is a MASTER PIECE, in that it only consists of minerals from the earth and some natural coloring ! What product could top that ? It is used all over the world !
Just wanted to share- bare minerals falls into my nose pores. Every single time. But I use Jane Iredale mineral foundation and it never ever falls into my pores. Wonderful video as always! Thank you!
Damn you Wayne, you are the most adorable and charming guy on the internet! Are you possibly up for adoption? I would be the highest bidder. Hugs to you Wayne
I have been using the original bare minerals foundation since it first came out as an infomercial. (maybe 25 or 30 years ago?) I love it because I cannot feel that I am wearing anything on my face. And I cannot smell it. Those 2 things is what made me hate wearing makeup foundation. I went all day feeling like I needed to wash my face and just got sick of smelling the perfume in it. Also, my skin was hard to match. Bare Minerals is so easy to blend the colors for a perfect match. The product last me a long time. Because it is dry, it does not go bad. I also don't have to wash my makeup brushes after every use. I am 61 and I still love this foundation. As my skin has changed over the years, bare minerals changes along and just blends along with my now older skin.
Wayne, could you do a wear test of the mineral foundation? Mine always ends up looking cakey after a few hours. What's the secret? Good moisturizer, I suppose. Thank you always for your wonderful tutorials!
I started wearing Bare Minerals in my 20's. It looked flawless into my late 30's. Then I turned 39 or 40 and it never did look like it used to. It accentuated pores where it used to buff them out. I never thought I'd go back to liquid foundation, ever! But here I am, preferring Naked Skin by UD or Glossier's skin tint. Now that I'm seeing this, I'm thinking maybe I need to try some other brushes and buff more than I used to. Thanks for all of your videos, you're the only makeup person on UA-cam I enjoy watching. I actually learn from you and I want to thank you for explaining what you're doing, why you're doing it, and why different tools work the way they do.
I have tried so many different foundations over the years, and I keep coming back to BareMinerals original. Everything else seems to sit on top of my skin and breaking down throughout the day. I am still in my 30s, but I hope it keeps up with me as I age. I like that they have added "undertone" as an option too. I am a neutral undertone so I used to have to pick a side and hope it would blend in well enough.
Looks good. I am 54 and use Bare Minerals in fairly light. I also use their liquid foundation sometimes. I agree with you that not everyone has a yellow undertone. I have a pink undertone. I enjoy your videos and your humor.
I used to use Bare Minerals for many years when working as Cabin Crew, I was asked many times "what is your foundation its gorgeous"? Maybe I should give it another go...on your skin Wayne it looks flawless, smooth & very gorgeous...😘😘
Thanks Wayne. After 15 years I’ve rediscovered it. It was still good after all that time. I’ll get some new ones. Thank goodness they’re still available
My experience with Bare Minerals is because it’s powder it makes my face feel tight and accentuates the fine lines under my eyes. The coverage is good tho.
I used bare minerals original for years then i noticed that my pores had become larger and the original powder i loved so much was not working for my aging skin. I am very pleased with bare minerals complexion rescue liquid base as my base make up and the Bare pro concealer. If you notice in my picture I'm extremely pale, bare minerals is the only color that I have found in 40 years that actually matches my skin tone. I also has a pink undertone. I'm 56. And I'm going through menopausal acne. Joy. Thank you for your videos. I have been watching you for years. 💘 BTW I used the original bare minerals as a sunscreen, it does not come off in salt water! And was better for my sensitive skin than sunscreens. Florida Gulf of Mexico water baby and former surfer.
Hi Wayne! I think it looks really good on you. I have more mature skin, so I would be hesitant to try it on me. I think it would really settle into my lines.
They have a serum foundation that is also amazing! I use both depending on how dry my skin has been. I do all the moisturizing stuff (I use CeraVe products which are so awesome) but I'm still extremely dry most of the time. Just one of those things they don't tell you happens after you've beaten cancer. LOL
Looks great. Just bought a Bareminerals Original starter kit and I am a little older than 43...68. You make it look easy. Guess I will drag my kit from under the bed and give it a go. Thanks Wayne.
@@WayneGoss , I wish Nude By Nature was available in the US. I went to the website and strated to order a few samples so I can figure out which shade I could wear and they wanted $20.00 for shipping.

I use Nude by Nature over Bare Minerals. It's a great product and I like to support local companies so it's a win win. My Mum won't wear makeup, never has. I remember when I was a kid she told me I'd get wrinkles at an early age from using it. I have some (late 50's) but I reckon I look pretty good and the makeup didn't contribute to the few I've got.

Yes! I'm 55 and went back to Bare Minerals about a month ago. Buffing is key...it turns the powder sort of creamy, and I love their highlighter.

Yea, my skin is very dry and all this buffing just dug up all my flaky skin :(
@@katy9291 I highly recommend using the glossier future dew as a primer, and then setting with a hydrating setting spray, I use the Milk hydrogrip to set.

I use this brush and love it!
I used Bare Minerals in the late ‘90s and forgot about it until about a month or so ago. Something made me think about it recently and I began rebuilding my collection of it and appreciating it all over again.

Clicked so fast. I know I'm gonna have a smile for the rest of the day. Thank you for all your hard work. 🤗
fabulous look....Bare Minerals was my very first mineral foundation I used years ago....fabulous.
I’ve been using bareMinerals mineral foundation for years. It’s an absolutely great product at an absolutely great price point.
Right on time! This is exciting because I've been debating if I should give Bare Minerals another chance. We shall see.
Bare is the best. I wear it all summer stays on in humidity. Love it

Agree Laura Geller looks great but shame it contains talc. Laura Mercier mineral foundation was a beautiful finish with SPF 15 but sadly discontinued
Funny that you steer older women to Pur or Laura Geller, I was sold Pur at Sephora, but I still love complexion rescue from Bare Minerals..all 3 of them are good, I feel old now though 🤣
I'm only in my 30s and pur looked horrible on my skin. I can't imagine it looking good on mature skin.

I love the fact that you don’t use filters and you let the rest of us see the lines, pores, etc that we all have, especially those if us around the 40 year mark. Also, the fact that you never have drama is always refreshing. Wayne Goss, you are officially my favorite mua.
Same here, I'm 58 and have stopped wearing other foundations. This looks the most skin-like in my opinion.
Dear Wayne,
I think the Bare Minerals looks flawless on you and medium is perfect.
Love this 4k series! Your skin looks bloody gorgeous!
Mineral foundations are just so so magic for looking great on camera and IRL.
I'm 49 and have super oily skin. I use Bare Minerals foundation. It works well for me and people compliment my skin.
I am 63 and there are no signs of my T-zone settling down any time soon. After this tutorial, I am going to go 100% Bare Minerals and toss the mix and match concealer, foundation and blushers I've been using.

Hardly any foundation is the secret.
YES I've been having problems with this foundation looking cakey after only a couple of hours
I tend to agree with you. While it looks great for a while - as the day moves on it can look quite heavy. Sadly
@@WayneGoss how does one refresh a mineral foundation? Fine mist of hydrating spray then reapply a bit and buff like mad?
'Its a fatbag!' 😂 this made me laugh out loud!! You are adorable!!
Now I know what it is. I have one and I don’t like it. Looks like I have been punched in the face.
Yes your skin looks great! I've actually tried this product and it made my skin look flawless
If you put a setting spray on after it looks amazing. I have dry skin and it really helps it look great.
Also keep blending as Wayne recommends.
I tried Bare Minerals years ago, but something in it made my skin so itchy ! Looks great on you Wayne !
Maybe I could give it another go. 🤔
Bismuth oxychloride was the culprit for me. Wonder if Bare Minerals still contains it, going to check it out! Loved it, otherwise
It does :( but Nude By Nature doesn't :) and its way better :)
The matte version doesn't contain the bismuth.
@@WayneGoss , I wish Nude By Nature was available in the US. I went to the website and strated to order a few samples
so I can figure out which shade I could wear and they wanted $20.00 for shipping.
@@WayneGoss thank you!! Happy Spring 🌸
So cool seeing it in 4K! I actually think it creates a beautiful airbrushed effect. And I love Nude by Nature, both my mum and I love their powder foundation!!!
