I really love the finish of The Original Bare Minerals foundation! ^^ I have a stash of Bare Minerals face products and I really want to go and rediscover them. I also have the Bare Sensuals eyeshadow palette. I have been using that one lately. As for the Mineral Veil, i like to just dab it lightly all over the face. I like the finish it gives me. It kinda mattifies my skin and takes away a bit of that glow given by the foundation. :) Thank you so much for sharing this! ^^ I really love watching your videos! ^^

The hydrating mineral veil has been my all time favorite over the last two months!! Goes on cool and just gives a radiant finish! After using the original mineral veil for 9 years, safe to say I’m glad I made the switch 😍

You look fabulous. I at one time was a bare minerals user after awhile I felt as if the product had changed. No insult intended, but I must say your coverage looked better b4 you added the all over setting powder. I noticed it removed spots of your foundation powder and corrector conceal. I used my Bare Minerals powder foundation for the first time in years yesterday and loved how it turned out so much that I used it again today! I watched a tutorial yesterday before applying it and I finally know how to properly use it... Flawless!!!
My skin is pretty dry so to ensure the powder doesn't stick to any dry patches, after I apply I spray with my Mario badescu facial spray and it feels much better! Also adds an extra glow to my skin ✨

I’m adding a comment because I just finished watching Shelbey Wilson, who explained how to use a powder foundation, specifically, Bare Minerals powder foundation. She explained that this powder foundation must be puffed in, for at least a minute, because it will turn into a cream.

I’ve always loved bare minerals brushes along with their original powder. Then I started watching gurus and strayed from bare minerals...... then they started Bringing bare minerals to tj maxx so I literally rebought every concealer and foundation they make (other than the bare minerals bare skin powder) and I’m like wow this is seriously the best brand........ I love bare pro foundation and concealer (for a natural matte finish, and the concealer is just as full coverage as shape tape but not as drying and doesn’t crease) along with summer time I use the bare skin foundation (it’s a serum foundation and it’s for all those BB cream CC cream or tinted moisturizer people)......... for my super glam days I will even use a touch of original powder on top of the liquid foundation for a flawless full glam look. (You can also just skip the liquid and go straight for the powder foundation)....... anyways I love bare minerals. I’ve really narrowed my purchases down to either tarte or bare minerals. Oh another thing I love the bare minerals mud cleansers. It really makes your skin clean without feelings I dry afterwards.
Can you do an update on bareMinerals? I've been using it for 10+ years now, and it's the first foundation I truly loved because I can't stand having liquid foundation on my face! Plus I break out a lot depending on the make up I use, and bareMinerals has never done that to me. I'm also trying to switch shades because I feel like the one they color matched to me 10 years ago might not have been the right one/might have changed over time!
Love love love BareMinerals! Would totally recommend the Skinlongevity Vital Power infusion, it increases hydration so well! I really do love the Mineral Veil, so I was surprised it wasn't as cooperative for you, but maybe try it in Illuminating for that extra glow. Also love BarePro liquid foundation during the summer when it's so hot. Also love the skincare mud mask
Hey Allie, bareMinerals uses carmine in their blushes, it's a dye from crushed female bugs, not cruelty free, not vegan, not ethical. They do not have a carmine-free blush yet, very disappointing. Lottie London has the exact same shades as bM in carmine free formulas. ELF is all vegan. Clean does not equal insect-free. It is anti-feminist because these are mom and her baby bugs who live on cactus plants, the male true bugs have wings and escape the farm enclosures. We should all respect every lifeform on planet earth, anti-speciesism. Alternatives exist. That being said, you would be envious of my bM collection. I collected some vegan barePro over the past 7months. I hope to make a video sometime this year touring my train case! ;-) be well and shop #cariminefree save the bugs, lol.
My mom used bare minerals, I think mainly the mascara and bronzers but I’d always been curious about the loose foundation. But being someone who doesn’t use powder foundations I was very skeptical. But I picked it up yesterday and YALL. I used my Ulta points for it so I was really banking on it to work. I’m in the color golden tan and it’s beautiful. It was fast, obscenely blurring, could have liquid concealer layered on top, and didn’t look cakey at all. I’m like kind of shook

I have tried bare minerals rescue but it seems to be flakey on my skin...I put on a moisturizer but it doesn’t help! any suggestions I would appreciate....other foundations like the BB cream does not get flakey....I watched the video you did on it.... thank you 😎

I don’t like powder products! My face is so so dry and I just hate them BUT bare minerals and it cosmetics are by far the best powder products that have worked for me the best. They truly do make my skin look natural and like I have nothing on! Bare Minerals truly such an overlooked cosmetics company
Do you remember what skin routine you used in this video? I am using bare minerals serum, moisturizer, and eye cream and the pro liquid foundation, but the foundation rolls over my skin as soon as I apply it and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! :|

Love love love BareMinerals! Would totally recommend the Skinlongevity Vital Power infusion, it increases hydration so well! I really do love the Mineral Veil, so I was surprised it wasn't as cooperative for you, but maybe try it in Illuminating for that extra glow. Also love BarePro liquid foundation during the summer when it's so hot. Also love the skincare mud mask

bareMinerals uses carmine in their blushes, it's a dye from crushed female bugs, not cruelty free, not vegan, not ethical. They do not have a carmine-free blush yet, very disappointing. Lottie London has the exact same shades as bM in carmine free formulas. ELF is all vegan. Clean does not equal insect-free. It is anti-feminist because these are mom and her baby bugs who live on cactus plants, the male true bugs have wings and escape the farm enclosures. We should all respect every lifeform on planet earth, anti-speciesism. Alternatives exist. That being said, you would be envious of my bM collection. I collected some vegan barePro over the past 7months. I hope to make a video sometime this year touring my train case! ;-) be well and shop #cariminefree save the bugs, lol.
My mom used bare minerals, I think mainly the mascara and bronzers but I’d always been curious about the loose foundation. But being someone who doesn’t use powder foundations I was very skeptical. But I picked it up yesterday and YALL. I used my Ulta points for it so I was really banking on it to work. I’m in the color golden tan and it’s beautiful. It was fast, obscenely blurring, could have liquid concealer layered on top, and didn’t look cakey at all. I’m like kind of shook

I have tried bare minerals rescue but it seems to be flakey on my skin...I put on a moisturizer but it doesn’t help!
any suggestions I would appreciate....other foundations like the BB cream does not get flakey....I watched the video you did on it.... thank you 😎

I've got BareMinerals makeup I bought years ago that I did us for a while but stopped using because I don't really wear makeup but I have a photo op coming up & thought about using my BareMinerlas makeup I haven't touched in years. I really love BareMinerals too.

Love it! Have u tried the Bare Minerals liquid foundation? How about the copper eyeshadow palette?? Can you do an everyday office work look w/the Milani Bold Obsessions or Most Loved Mattes palette.
I don’t like powder products! My face is so so dry and I just hate them BUT bare minerals and it cosmetics are by far the best powder products that have worked for me the best. They truly do make my skin look natural and like I have nothing on! Bare Minerals truly such an overlooked cosmetics company
Do you remember what skin routine you used in this video? I am using bare minerals serum, moisturizer, and eye cream and the pro liquid foundation, but the foundation rolls over my skin as soon as I apply it and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! :|
