Do i need to do it daily? How many times can i do it weekly for better results.
Can guasha and jade roller can be used on face back to back and both should be kept cold?
Yes! I have a video on that coming this week. Thought it’s not necessary, it can be very relaxing to have a longer sesh with both tools. I personally do not keep mine cool. I’ve seen Gua Sha experts saying you get better results if it’s warm. But ofc, it’s all about preference and what you enjoy most.
Which one is more effective according to u guadha or jada roller and how many times to do in a day
I personally do it 2x a day i do gua sha and jade roller
No one talks about how the clean the roller and should it be kept in the refrigerator?
In another video about Guasha she mentioned it has to be cleaned with warm water before usage, and not applied cold
