  • Gotta keep pushing my limit on Deadlift. 2 rep max of 642 pounds today at 217 bodyweight. Belt, mix grip, chalk, deadlift bar, and dead stop reps. It definitely wasn't easy by any means but I was able to get the 2 reps needed to make it a good set.
