Deadlifts 621 pounds 1x3 (belt/stiff bar)
Working on getting back to Deadlift twice a week again. Today 621 pounds for 3 reps with a power bar. So 3 rep max with a stiff bar. Mix grip, chalk, belt, dead stop reps. This is a 29 pound difference compared to what I've done with a Deadlift bar.

Deadlifts were back to actually moving well today. Did 612 pounds for a 5 rep max using a deadlift bar, mix grip, chalk, and dead stop reps. Wasn't sure if I was gonna give up after two reps but kept going and got the PR.
Deadlift 602 pounds 1x5 (belt/stiff bar)

Friday.... Deadlift actually moved well on the power bar today with a 5 rep stiff bar max of 602 pounds. Still below what it has been with a deadlift bar but good to make some progress with the stiff bar to make sure I can move the weight without the slack. Deadlift 155 1x10 330 1x6 507 1x3 580 1x3 602 1x5 First three sets had no belt and even 507 didn't feel bad without it. Did a smooth set of...
Deadlift 470 pounds 3x12 (no belt)

Deadlift 470 pounds 3x12 with no belt, mix grip, chalk, deadlift bar, touch and go reps. Did touch and go reps on this to crank it out and keep some good tension. Need to hit the high reps here and take the belt off to give the nervous system a break.

John 3:16 (just spread gospel)
no you're spreading the words of humans, i care about my fellow man and don't want them to get caught believing what humans tell them their entire lives and let their actions be controlled in order to appease what humans tell them is real, the only correct answer is that humans have no answer, any human who says they know anything about god is lying to your face, i hate to break it to you
Different grip could cause muscle imbalance
Reverse grip is pretty typical for deadlifts, it allows you to have a stronger grip over the bar
@@doubletrouble4766 it's called mixed grip, and yes it's typical but does that magically negate what he said? even larry wheels said that when he did mixed grip, the trap that was on the pronated arm, so his right trap, would be noticeably bigger than the left one, because the pronated grip on deadlift will activate traps for example more than supinated will, and for giving you a stronger grip, yes you're right but why would you hinder yourself for a stronger grip instead of just getting a stronger grip? double overhand is objectively the best, end of story
unreal my man :D

I have trouble pulling slack out of the bar quick enough. Any tips? Impressive pulls btw !
What hotel gym is this???? The golds gym hotel?
I have to ask though. We both have very similar deadlift forms. However, my lower back always seems to take a bit more stress than my glutes/hamstrings. Do you feel any unique stiffness or pain in your lower back after deadlifting?
Very impressive man!
very strong!

Ego lifting at its finest lmao
Being a nosey unwarranted critic at its finest. Punk.
55lbs is light, for anything as long as you're consistent long enough.
Man, I know jow this grind is, I love me some dumbells, too. You are great, inspirational to me even. Keep it up.
Thanks for the compliment!
❤❤❤
impressive
Hey boss, saw a video by Mike from RP talking about taking a month off for huge recovery deeper than just the muscles. Wondered what your thought on it is because your consistently making progress for a long time. Have you ever taken a large break or just the occasional deload here and there?
Be careful it can rip arm
real gutsy

Strong work man with extra weight
Thank you 👍
What is the point in lifting these crazy weights. At some point the spine must snap ,and spend the rest of your life in a wheel chair . Crazy. I have worked out with weights since 1963 .Still working out ,and still fit at age 83. I am pretty sure if i had been lifting really heavy weights in all those years i would not be as fit as i am now.Still riding a 700 lbs motorcycle.

How sad are you the retro in Ringoes shut down 😢
impressive strength bro! do you train squat bench and deads 2 times each per week?
@@zekunxu7362 I try to. Some days I may be too sore to do squats and deadlift 2x a week. But I try to when I can

If i can pull 500 on a stiff bar how much can i pull on a deadlifting bar?
@@russellmuscle7434 probably 20 to 25 more pounds more. That's typically what the difference is for me when I do both consistently. Although I have been lazy and not been touching the stiff bar lately so I am probably much weaker on that
Right on!
