My ex constantly would say he was bored. It was so odd. Then WW3 would occur. So glad to be away from that fruit loop.

@@danicaharley6273 - When you’re a normal human being that doesn’t happen. However, when you’re a disordered individual who thrives on chaos & trauma (but your partner isn’t--like myself). Their internal life is boring. So pathetic isn’t it? I’m so grateful I’m not wired that way.

I stopped speaking to my narc by telling her we had come to end of our chapter and blocking her. No long drawn out message. Nothing. Nearly a year later I have so much peace it's amazing.
When the narc tries to start an argument and you ignore them their anger escalates out of control
