i have with financial accounts since 2006 and i have enjoyed working with financial. you right that there different call type and drivers like aCtivation,billing, retention, inbound saLes and outbound sales including billing information and account information. i with customer care for credit cArd for international account for 10 yeArs. it's a lot of fun. but very challenging everyday.

Usually naman po, ang tinitingnan nila sa mock call interview, eh kung paano po kayo makipag-usap. Kahit hindi po perfect, basta confident sa pakikipag-usap. Hi! Im planning to apply om BPO as well and my friend (former g10 classmate) wants me to refer on their company and on finance as well. Im only SHS grad and i'm not even a graduate from ABM (but my friend who was an ABM graduate). They said its easy for them to handle finance because they're from ABM but its very different for me because im a HUMSS student. Do you think i am able to survive handling a finance account with no experience and not even a graduate from ABM? Im kinda doubting myself but there's a part of me that really wants to do it because ofc 1. i will have my own money 2. experience 3. i stopped college.

@@Aiks123 hello Jham, unfortunately, yung final interview hindi ko naipasa, but by the grace o f God nasa Concentrix na ako ngayon nagtetraining na, Kadalasan yung assessment may kinalaman yun sa account na ibinigay sayo, kaya better na magsearch kana, then sa final interview, kadalasan uulitin lang yung mga tinanong sayo sa initial, pero depende padin, eto yung tinanong sa akin sa final interview last time: Tell me about yourself that is not written in your resume

yuppp. i agree. i'm a newbie in the field of call center agency. i'm also undergrad. my company gave me intuit acc and it is also a new account in the company so basically, i'm a pioneer. they haven't told me my training schedule yet but i want to be prepared so here i am, searching and watching financial account related videos
