In regards to BPO. I think they hire another company mainly because of lower salary cost. Am from Puerto Rico , which is a colony from USA , and we get paid a bit less than american ones. Most of us are fully bilingual and americans are mostly not and we have to assist hispanics customers over here. Love how you explain the jargons use in the industry. Great video
