P as in Peace
SOC the C must sound K so its SOK
OEAACPSOC is my way of abbreviating the 7 steps...
O-open the call
E-emphatize or
A-apologize or
A-assure
C-confirm account
P-probing
S-solving or answering questions
O-offer assistance
C-closing the call...
Your video made me memorize it easier thank you and continue growing!
Edt. I added C after the e-a-a
Very nice content....👍🏽
The make face part was very realistic ..it happens whenever we are talking to irrate customers but still needs to sound polite and friendly 😜
Haha exactly! 🤣🤣
As an experienced CSR I can assure you all freshers that this is how it goes in a call center if you're in a CUSTOMER SUPPORT process.
I think this is the sign that I've been waiting for. 😆😂
1:30 - EVERY single CALL. I’ve quit after three years, never been happier. Although I don’t want to do it again, I enjoy listening to agent calls now 😝

I just got hired recently and this will help a lot as reference to my vocabulary pool. Thank you for the Help Ma'am.
Thank you! I'm changing career because of this pandemic and I absolutely have no idea about this industry. I have learned a lot.
You're welcome Danroy and goodluck! You can definitely get into this industry with enough practice.
Naaliw naman ako noong nagsearch na si ate sa pagtaas ng bill ni cx. Yung ang bilis nyang nahanap ang sagot at nareview agad ang billing statment kahit last year pa yun. Ang husay sa multi-tasking.
I love your voice. It's very relaxing.
