I went to Auschwitz and Dachau with my parents when I was 6 or 7. It affected me my entire life. I understand what happened, the horrors they endured… The piles of clothes, shoes, eyeglass put in perspective how many people were stripped of everything they owned and imprisoned, forced to work until they dropped, then put in giant ovens dozens at a time. I know this sounds crazy but I learned the Nazi’s made soap from the fat of the Jews they murdered and I refused to use soap for two years until my parents finally convinced me they no longer made soap out of people. It left an indelible impression on my heart that I’ve carried throughout the last 46 years and I can’t imagine that the Jewish community doesn’t feel the terror of that this day.
If I am not mistaken, this community also protect some teacher and leaders of child molesters. I notice you never brought that up. And the family lived across the street from the school.
so scary that people feel the instinct to have to lock themselves in a life of useless prayers, obligations and limitations, I really can't understand how people don't understand that it's all the fruit of human minds that needed to move and subjugate large masses of people to have their control in the past. So anachronistic and senseless, I think it's more the fear of trying to be yourself by betting yourself on something daily, re-evaluating reality under different eyes based on what you create for yourself day after day, with your hands and your ability to be sentient and able to decide for yourself; locking yourself in a community where everyone is the same and considers you a friend and right just because you're there and do the same things as them, warding off any form of possible loneliness because you're there with them, mah
I'm a Jew. For me it's part of my normal life. I live a Jewish life in the USA. I go to a Reform shul. As a female in my shul I wear the kipper and tall it to bring me into the right spot mentally for prayer. I've grown up as a Jew so I don't know anything different. We aren't limited. We just live by different rules.
@@cjjaxon3286 Rules are different in every branch of Judaism. Now my Rabbinical team has added a rule about the way we dress at shul. I don't have problem with that rule. They also check to make sure we are dressing modestly when we are out in the community. I don't question the rules set by my Rabbinical staff and lay leaders. It's normal for me. I've never known anything different.

Totally understandable
What is it with all the hate on jewish people and community. People deserve to worship and praise as they want without consequences.

Yes, they protect them....
Happens in lots of religions! The Catholic church is always covering up for priests!
@Charlotte-wx4jz yes, thousands of
Kids have been abused by
Those dirty priests and
Others connected to
Catholic Church and
Other churches!
@@Charlotte-wx4jz just as bad. But just because somebody else does it, it does not excuse crimes.

Religions are all man inv ented and man written.....
When you have to make up "loop holes" so you aren't breaking your "religion" that's a red flag you should question.

Watching this is so beautiful. You have such a peaceful religion and very similar to Islam. So can’t everyone live in Harmony.
Seen this on another channel. It's just copied and pasted.
