If you don't know how to get tot he old calculator, how do you get to the new one?
Did you include shipping from your house to the Amazon fulfillment center ? Does that go under cost of goods sold ?
I did not since I was shipping directly from my supplier to Amazon in this example. Place it in the COGS or misc. costs (either one). As long as you're using Amazon's partnered carrier, UPS, it won't be too expensive (~$10 for 20lb of shipment).

storage fees say 1.48 for you, but are 9.00 for me... I have the exact same price and weight
What about your item dimensions (LxWxH)? If those are larger, you'll be required to pay additional storage fees.
Estimated cost per unit would be wrong as the whole product cost you 1.24 not 6.32???
Estimate cost includes your cost of goods sold (unit cost + shipping) AND all Amazon fees (FBA, referral, and storage). $6.32 is your total cost per sale in this example.
